@CoolVids19 Yeah after you enter the code you've finished the main quest, so yeah I guess you could say you beat the game, anyway you woke up because you have Broken Steel (because you got GOTY edition), I don't think Phil realised at the time you don't need too send the Woman into the chamber to play Broken Steel

@BorderLands123445 Make sure you check the REGION CODE on the disc starts with "BD". If you have the game of the year edition you have to download the FRENCH DLC (even though it's in English) Confusing... yeah go FALLOUT! When you attempt to purchase it it will say in BOLD which disc you MUST HAVE. You know it works because after you load ANY SAVE a message will pop up saying Broken Steel loaded, then finish the game to start the new content.

1. Make sure u downloaded the DLC fully

2. When you download the dlc, their should be a time were it says that ur lvl cap is now 30

3. And finaly make sure it's before u die and u die for ending

The Winterized T-51B power armor is bugged in the best way possible... the armor and the helmet each have 1 million, 100,000, or 10,000 HP (I forgot which) but ever since I equipped it, it has survived 26 missile hits, 10 car explosions, and literally thousands of rounds, and there is still not even a dent in the condition

no, liberty prime is in the regular story, and the enclave are too, but both get introduced when your dad dies
