  • i thick he may be doing a few drugs here

  • This was the BEST of Ringos all star bands, by far! What a line up, Walsh, Rundgren, Lofgren, Schmidt!. Incredible musicians and talents...

    Saw this show in Phoenix...

  • @coleslough omg really i just saw timothy for his solo concert on the 25 th

  • Definitely this song's best version. Joe, drunk or not, at his very best!

  • Turn up the volume......These guys together are as great as each of their bands!

    Rock on

  • Excellent vid.Thx for posting!

  • is he drunk?

  • @Jellogel 1992 maybe he had to stop drinking in 93-94 so knowing joe yes hes drunk here

  • Joe Walsh is Ringo's Brother in law- isn't it crazy how all good musicians know eachother or are related somehow?

  • I have been a Joe Walsh fan for over 35 years and although this is a great version of Rocky Mountain Way I think the one he did with the Eagles was the best. He and Felder kicked ass. I think is was from 1976 or 77. It's here on You Tube. I saw this tour at Radio City Music Hall and Todd Rundgren was great too. Joe also did his imitation of the Energizer Bunny.

  • @Pegster1356 Yeah, the version from 77 is the best, by far. His solo is epic on that version.

  • look closely will ya? WoW ~ thats talent ! ty ~ Great post

  • Joe is as talented as he is goofy looking!

  • ...them snow covered peaks uh hum!

  • Holy! Bring down the walls Joe! This is the way we like to hear it. Damn!!!

  • I think they were all high besides for Joe he was drunk they still rock though

  • massive

  • the drummer is Ringo Starr's son Zak Starkey- who now plays with The Who and played in the 2010 Superbowl

  • This was an amazing tour. Also on stage is Todd Rundgren (wearing overalls), next to him Timothy B. Schmidt, in the sunglasses Niles Lofgren, next to Joe is Dave Edmunds and on keyboard Burton Cummings.

  • Burton really did a great job on this tour.

  • This is the best version of Joe Walsh's Rocky Mountain Way. It outdoes any solo or eagles performance.

  • I agree.

Here the talkbox has a sound particularly "rocky"!
