Very nice layout you have there. I love the engine lashups! What did you have to do to the diamond to make it smoother? Love to see more vids of the layout.
think I heard the conductor in that rear caboose scream in agony after spilling hot soup on his lap from the diamond bounce......HAHA nice layout!!!!!
Depending on what engine, make, model, etc....Average short train for 1 engine would be approx 10 - 15 cars, average long train for one engine would be 25 - 30 cars. I have a couple of engines, SD 50's, SD 70's and GE4400AC that can pull 30 cars solo with no problems!

The 2nd train, featuring a sbd, csx and chessie system lashup, is a true classic. You don't see lashups like those anymore!!!
