I have done research from unbiased sources from impartial countries like UK, France and Russia. The fact is simple, the cyrilic script was developed in the first Bulgarian Empire. No wonder why old Bulgarian (aka Church Slavonic) as the lingua franca of Eastern Europe during the middle ages. Check Paul Cubberley (1996) "The Slavic Alphabets"
