  • :l reminds me of mr chow some how

  • @antdez1 He actually lives down the street.

  • to my opinion the most expensive houses are the most ugly ones but they are just the biggest ones.

  • That area looks like shit but, behind them walls I'm sure is Fabolous!

  • I am sorry mr choooo. i do not want to buy any home here because their i no pedestrians and street lights.

  • I have a question for you Mr. choo, which of these places has the nicest most stylish best value home in generall for around 5 million dollars; malibu with ocean views, bel-air, hollywood hills, holmby hills, and beverly hills? also which areas should be avoided due to natural disasters and fires? which areas of the above are best if you want to quickly sell your 5 million dollar home? which areas of the above would be best for night life socialising and enjoying california living?

  • @evans4you Hi Evan, My suggestion is the Platinum Triangle of Beverly Hills and or Bel Air or the Sunset Strip, these areas held their value best and the night life is in the Sunset Strip of Beverly Hills. If you are seriously considering a home, call me (310)777-6342.

  • @Christophechoo thanks for the info so I guess malibu is not a very happening place? even though I must confess that from your listing the homes in malibu are simply the most gorgeous, they almost all look like resorts with ocean views. Doea marina del ray also compare well? what is the average wealth status of its inhabitants? middle class? upper middle? or?
