I would actually like to see you do a standard plank for the same amount of time to any sort of movement for the same amount of time and put it up, I think it would be interesting to see the difference :P
Very nice form, at first I thought you were sticking your ass up like a beginner :o I then realised your ass is actually that defined xD Tbh some variation like the quad touches and up and out were really good when static but the twisting runner and up dog down dog etc were way easier for me than holding the standard plank - as your back and legs support you too much and the movement takes most of the strain off, I think being static is way way harder on my core muscles, what do you think?
everyone in my yoga class can do this and I cannot. I have to practice. Is there anything else I can do to improve my strength? Should I chnage my diet? maybe I have a gluten allergy and thats why i get so tired...I wish there was a explanation.
