how should i try to learn these dvd sets? watch one move, go gym, try it? or watch whole thing go gym and try it...i really robson moura he has a really solid style i think him and saulo should make a dvd together
@rohleks Unless you have a tv next to the dojo (which would be great), I think you should watch not more than 4 or 5 techniques a day and practice. You can watch the whole thing just to see how much Robson kicks ass, but it`s too much information for the brain to hold without exercise.
@rohleks For my part you should learn one technique a week... It would be great for your muscle memory. Learning to much technique is really hard. Learn the details first, learn when the tehcnique is applicable, find the right moment to do it, how your opponent will react to it, i mean, master the movement. Learning to much techniques without understand it is useless. This my advice to you.
I am a BIG fan of the loop choke and I must say that this variation is excellent...Robson also does a great job of going into detail about what he is explaining...if you cant understand him then u must not be familiar with brazilian jiujitsu because they ALL have accents....mohalo
