I heard an interview with one of the survivers saying that the so-called policeman (Anders Breivik) was trying to lure people by saying that he would protect them from a sniper. This could indicate that there were perhaps two killlers - one dressed as a policeman and one normally dressed. That is an evil plan, if it is true.
