notice how the front hood doesnt buckle like metal would, but releases from the hinges, and the occupents head goes through the windsheild and hits the rear side of the hood, thats not safe, I geuss one should always wear a seatbelt

@dejong93 There are large bolts on the cowl that have knurled heads on them to keep the hood from coming through the windshield. If the dummy(or potential passenger) were wearing a seatbelt, their head would not go through the windshield. Those large pins did their job. Even though the pins did let go, it happened after the hood had buckled, so the hood would not come through the windsheld anyway. Even the safest of cars can be deadly if you dont wear your seatbelt
