  • 太好聽了!!!!

  • Great arrangement. Playing it right now for a friend's recital. To you bassoonists... yeah, it's a hard. part. Practice your tenor reading, and learn treble clef! The part goes up to treble F#.

  • What happend to the A minor ?

    And by the way, it's not H7, it's B7...

  • Actually H7 and B7 are interchangable at times.

  • Em Em D G

    C C G E7/G#

    Am Am Em Em

    H7 H7 Em Em

  • nice performance, though the final part is a bit too stiff for my taste. before you answer, check out how bratsch perform it! those are real gypsies and well... they just do it with more swing and lightness. which is also hard with such a large ensemble, i have to admit.

why i'm writing all this: does anyone have this song as sheetmusic or at least the chords/lyrics? i'd like to play it with some friends, so you can insult us for being far worse than them ;oP

  • mr. atterna would totally fail his alexander technique lesson.

  • You are an idiot. He is one of the best and nicest bass trombonists in the world. It is evident you have no idea who you are talking about.

  • Do you know what the Alexander technique is? Watch a video of Joseph Alessi and then watch a video of Christian Lindberg. Joseph Alessi keeps himself from moving to not stress any muscle in his body to have the most pure sound. Christian Lindberg (as well as Brandt Atterna for this case) move freely with the music. Both are amazing players. It is evident that you felt I was insulting Atterna's playing. Way to not get my joke.

  • I replied, but apparently it didn't want to reply to you. Read above.

  • I've seen all those you mentioned at live performances. Alessi is a great player and although he doesn't move as you mentioned, he was straining quite a lot during the performance. Brandt does not strain at all, even if he moves with the music. Therefore, the theoretical nature of your joke is entirely irrelevant. By the way, his name is Brandt Attema, not Atterna as you have twice now incorrectly spelled. On these basis, it was quite easy for me to pick apart you and what you have said.

  • At least I'm not a douche bag trying to start something with somebody over the internet over a simple joke.

  • Hello everybody! He,s Brand Attema(bass trombone of philarmonique orchestra of Neetherlands);he plays with a trombone Thein .May be the best bass trombone in this moment .

  • :) Yep I thought so :)

  • Kontrabass? My trombone has the same if not bigger bell. And it's bass trombone.

  • It's a bass trombone.

  • The wrap on my Bass Trombone makes it look like some Kontrabasses. I can see how some can mistake them.

  • It sounds beautiful. :)

  • That looks more like a contrabass. Just look at the size of the bell on the trombone. Anyways that was cool man!

  • It's just awesome! And he plays like God!

Am I mistaken? Is he playing bass trombone?

  • Nice Music....

  • To see more of Brandt Attema, also watch the movie Maenads.

  • Isn't he in the New Trombone Collective too?

  • Yep, he also plays there. As well as the trombone player.

  • I knew I saw him playin' the Contrabass!

  • Absolutely formidible bass trombone! Great song and player. This would be really fun to play.

  • Brandt Attema is wonderful. It's for me the better bass trombone in Europe. Remenber Guebwiller. Thank you very much

  • Prachtig gespeeld, en dat op een bastrombone!!! Proficiat!!!

  • Great music, lovely setting. Like the trombone player!
