I had a sore throat, stuffy/funny nose, cough, low-grade fever, body aches, chills...the first day was the worst. I only had diarrhea, appetite loss, and nausea the first day.

Yeah, and that's coming from some one just now getting rid of swine flu. Go get checked by a doctor IMMEDIATELY if you haven't already and if your still dealing with symptoms (because i see you made that comment a week ago) I had it and it's not fun but it's not bad.

well I didn't have it just now, I had it like last school year haha. and i never did get checked out, it all went away on it's own. My voice was really ugly though by the 4th day haha I usually don't lose my voice or get a horse voice. that was when I was starting to feel better though.

Concern: when 'Pigs Fly' as then you combine something that travels fast with something that is extremely virulent. For the Headaches make sure you are very HYDRATED. I never get them..had them bad. ... then put it together..they eased off. I need a feel good video! I am new to youtube and only just now had the time to video when it was ebbing- you can hear my cough in my vids. This flu was not as bad as I had prior to the immunizations I started getting annually about 15 years ago. BE WELL!!!!

My 4 year old daughter and I have swine flu. We started about 9 days ago. Tested positive through a mobile unit 4 days later. I thought I was better (rollercoaster here too) and then it took a turn into pneumo for her and bronchitis for me (Dx from ER) I used to work in Infec. Disease. The only thing you should really watch is how your lungs feel. It can easily turn to secondary bacterial infec there.

This is what Epidemiologists are calling (but not saying to the media due to concerns over panic- the greater disease here now) the first crest of the first wave now. Hopefully we will all get some cross-immunity for the future for this sub-type.

Bob and I had that at the beginning of the year, it is a nasty flu, it got me out of work for three days, and I work at home! but I couldn't make it. This was before they started calling it swine flu, that's why I don't believe it started in Mexico, it started here in N.A.

yep, it didn't start in mexico at all. it actually originated in east asia (as must influenzae do) and by January it was in the US. many people have probably had it and didn't even know it. i don't know if I had it but I am sure i had some kind of flu in January

My wife and I were sick with what we thought might be Swine Flu as well. At first we thought it was a head cold but ended up leading to soar throat, coughing, head pressure, fatigue etc...

We took apple cider vinegar pills(2 pills 3 times a day removes any congestion and sinus pressure), vitamin c(1000mg 3 or 4 times a day), vitamin D(5000IU a day), organic coconut oil(helps sooth the throat as well is an immune booster), echinacea(5 pills a day), and lastly Wild Oil Of Oregano(3-5 times a day)

You'll get over it...I had a 103-104 degree fever. It was the worst I felt ever. Just remember, the flu lasts a week-2 weeks and if you really have the flu, you will be bed bound. A cold lasts a couple of days. I got prescribed hycodan cough syrup and it really helped..And remember...the media HYPES up the swine flu. Numerous docs said a flu is a flu, and like everyone else said do NOT get the vaccine.
