@insidius87 Its not a big deal to me or in most places but some people get weird about it in restaurants. Waitresses in the U.S have one of the least appreciated and underpaid jobs anywhere, not sure if it is the same way in other countries but in U.S they take a lot oh (bleep) with not much to show for it so I say relax those feet baby!
