In an ideal world they would be given 1 month to recover the money or get sacked with no benefits. Ongeri is clearly sleeping on the job if he just found out about something that has been in the media for such a long time.

GULLIBLE MEDIA.... in most countries it is NOT the public that keeps pressure on leaders, it is the media. Look at the UK. Look at America. Why do leaders resign?
