His XP meter is at 214M, but It's not at 214m, its at 2,147,483,648, but the experience meter has a decimal, god knows why, but Jagex doesn't show it.

@MyRngIs it becaue 2,147,483,648 is the higst number java can handel ( the 32 bit version ) and runescape needs java to work so there your awnser =p ( not everybody's computer can handel the 64 bit version and alot fo ppl dont have it so that why they use the 32 bit version )
