i saw this show last month in the city. it is absolutely amazing. All of their voicest are just incredible. its very funny, and its more of a musical type play except with 80's rock music, it really is fantastic. it will be an incredible first experience of a concert for you and your bf :)

I went to New York and seen this on broadway. It's an amazing show and deserves the attentions it's getting. Show up two hours early they have a raffle for discount tickets. My tickets were only $26.50

I was there this afternoon (Saturday 7/11/09) for a 2:00 show. It was AWESOME! It had songs that i loved along with some very humerous comedy. i laughed so hard tears came out of my eyes. and i too like one of the guys in the vid had to sing along a bit.

I swear if I live another 10 years we'll see 'Blackest Rock of Ages', a Broadway musical about the Norwegian black metal scene feat. the uplifting music of Mayhem, Burzum, Darkthrone, Emperor, Carpathian Forest and Gorgoroth. The musical will revolve around a young heroic protagonist named Thorstein who moves to Oslo to investigate the Inner Circle and its connections to various church burnings and murders and in Act IV bring down the devious King ov Hell and his violent pagan minions.
