Everyone has the right to express their opinion. So, it's fine for her to feel and say the concert was not enjoyable. But there is a time and a place and WAY to express these opinions... & these skills are a crucial part of being a functioning human being, instead of being an impulsive unhelpful bag of skin. The way she expressed herself was rather rude, improper, and not necessary. Everyone reacting so crazily and vindictively over it is actually acting with the SAME decorum at her.

It's really sad to see any band go through this. MTV World Stage Malaysia this year was the ONLY time that I've seen 30STM live & the band really gave their all. The band had to leave immediately after that so I didn't get the chance to thank Jared, Shannon & Tomo for the amazing show. She's so unappreciative of the fact that he came out to meet the fans even though it's obvious that he's tired after the show. So what if they didn't play their old songs? Just play the CD & shut up.

But this had no affect to the show, even though he looked really sick. He still gave everything he could and this show was great.

the lenght of their shows has to do with if they are playing festivals or not. If their not headlining at a show they play for an hour, like other bands. If they headline a festival its longer. Their own shows are longer. I attended Hove festival Norway when the played there. IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

To critizise the ones you love is a anor part in a relationship and we have a strong relationship with this band. Bei Eventime und überall ham die Konzerte sau schlechte Kritiken. Ich frag mich warum? Auf welchem Konzert waren die? Ich hab sie zwei mal gesehen und es war beide Male absoluter Wahnsinn!!! Jared hat ne total tolle Stimme!! Und ich finde es gut, dass er das Publikum einbezieht und nicht stumpfsinnig seine Lieder absingt. Ich könnt mich so drüber aufregen verdammt. Diese Band ist absolut genial und live 48549 Mal besser als im Studio.

If she is, then she should understand that MARS is on tour for "This Is War" album, which they focus more on the songs in the album.
And if she IS an Echelon, she should not bother what songs MARS going to play whether old songs or new songs.

I agree that you have the right to say what you need to say, but when you just put it out there in the few seconds that he prolly had to go from one spot to another like that, then I think he responded the way he could. I have gone to concerts and not heard my fave song but dealt with it because the rest are just as good. It might have been a bad night for him or something and if you are rude in the way you choose to say something then don't get mad when you get a rude response.

All what they are do it's for fans and I just think, that Jared wasn't angry or arrogant... Everyone has the right to express their opinion. So, it's fine for her to feel and say the concert was not enjoyable. But there is a time and a place and WAY to express these opinions... & these skills are a crucial part of being a functioning human being, instead of being an impulsive unhelpful bag of skin. It's really sad to see any band go through this. MTV World Stage Malaysia this year was the ONLY time that I've seen 30STM live & the band really gave their all. The band had to leave immediately after that so I didn't get the chance to thank Jared, Shannon & Tomo for the amazing show. She's so unappreciative of the fact that he came out to meet the fans even though it's obvious that he's tired after the show. So what if they didn't play their old songs? Just play the CD & shut up.

But this had no affect to the show, even though he looked really sick. He still gave everything he could and this show was great.

the lenght of their shows has to do with if they are playing festivals or not. If their not headlining at a show they play for an hour, like other bands. If they headline a festival its longer. Their own shows are longer. I attended Hove festival Norway when the played there. IT WAS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

Tomo ist direkt in den Bus gestiegen aber Shannon kam gleich zu uns. danach auch etwas verzögert Jared, der so symphatisch und sweet war, er hat auch erst ganz freundlich mit ihr geredet... hier gibts irgendwo noch das ganze gespräch in Youtube.... was n mann, hat sich auf alle fälle gelohnt! denn Jared kommt wohl nicht immer raus!

@ChryssaSalala not every Marsfan is Echelon, and EVERY other band plays mixed shows even for their new fans. That's how it works. Not every Mars-virgin is an ignorant fangirl. They are able to discover new stuff (old stuff also)

@Lavidaloca111 I agree with you, but their new album just realesed..they are trying to promote the new songs. when I went to their concert and jared asked us which song do we prefer to hear there were very few people that asked old songs. and anyways thats not something you tell to an artist with so many years of experience.He 's been touring for so long.He is close to his fans.I think he knows what he is doing.

I say good on the person who spoke her thoughts. Why pretend you liked something when you didnt and all those moaning cause she said it grow up, everyone is entitled to there opinions and i applaud her for having the guts to speak them out. I know a few people that have lately been a lil disappointed with mars shows but i suppose if its your first ever show then you dont see those problems

It's not a one-man-show; okay, it's cool to involve people and all, but again : IT'S A CONCERT. I love Thirty, I'm passionnate about them. But don't expect me to say AMEN to everything the band and/or Jared does/says.

He plays though some favourite oldies like beautiful lie..you know..there are many people who go to their concerts knowing just a few songs the most famous. They cant be all echelons. Also we all know that jared wants to be funny and entertain his audience with many ways.Thats a common knowledge.I ve seen bands that make really freaky things on stage.He is just trying to cheer audience up.

that was really annoying -_- jared always tried his best in his shows. i had my first mars show in jakarta, 22 july and i had a blast. best night of my life. i cant understand how that girl came up to him and said that the show wasnt good enough.

Yes. The tour is too hard and long but that's no reason to create such kind of shows. Sorry. No excuse. They are intelligent ppl - able to realize what happens. To critizise the ones you love is a anor part in a relationship and we have a strong relationship with this band. They worked their ass off during the years and deserve ACCEPTANCE now - not anger and frustration. But this disappointing egotrip and to ignore the great songs of their past is to critizise.

Bei Eventime und überall ham die Konzerte sau schlechte Kritiken. Ich frag mich warum? Auf welchem Konzert waren die? Ich hab sie zwei mal gesehen und es war beide Male absoluter Wahnsinn!!! Jared hat ne total tolle Stimme!! Und ich finde es gut, dass er das Publikum einbezieht und nicht stumpfsinnig seine Lieder absingt. Ich könnt mich so drüber aufregen verdammt. Diese Band ist absolut genial und live 48549 Mal besser als im Studio.

Ich war in HH - mein erstes Mars Konzert, und ich werde es nie vergessen, und die nächste Chance sie Live ezuhören, AUFJEDENFALL NUTZEN!! ich weiß nicht was einige fans erwarten?! Ich fand sie Live derb! Besser als die CD's selbst, und das kriegen nur wahre Musikkünstler hin! Ich denke, dass Mädchen ist alles andere als ein Echelon - weil was dahinter steckt, hat sie eindeutig nicht verstanden!! Klar darf man Kritik haben, aber sowas ist einfach respektlos^^

Es ist der Sinn, dass die Echelon mit einbezogen werden und dass Jared viel mit dem Publikum redet (ich versteh nich wieso die meisten DAS kritisieren) und wenn sie an seiner Stimme zu meckern hat...dann ist sie taub! Ich könnt mich über solche Menschen stundenlang aufregen. 30stm sind die beste Live band! Ich werd auch jeden Fall auch wieder zu Konzerten von ihnen gehen, ich liebe die band einfach :)
