This is one of my favorite Korean dishes and this recipe is the best I've had. I made it today for my family and it came out incredible. Thank you for making this video. It made cooking it very easy. I love your channel. I will be cooking a lot more of your recipes. Thank you again for making Korean cooking look easy.
Hi there i love your channel with delicious looking korean food. I hope i can make them someday. Although I haven't try any of it but i'm surely gonna love it just as how i love to visit Korea. I been hoping to visit Korea soon, meet people, visit nice places and eat delicious korean food. Thank you for posting them on youtube, at least I can learn them and eat them before i go to Korea . Thanks a million! :-)
I also tried your spinach side dish with it and it went very well together and it was hardly any effort to make! The ingrediënts were not to hard to find, I found everything in my local Asian grocery store.
From now on these two dishes will be part of my weekly repertoire.
Thank you so much for introducing me to the delicacies of Korean cooking!
I recently went to a korean restaurant...probably the best experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I ordered spicy fried squid and LOVED it! I can' t get enough of korean food and I love korean culture as well.
@aeriskitchen ignore the person who said you sound funny aeris they are people silly you sound fine your voice is so cute and your english IS good! :) aeris JAAAANG!<3
@aeriskitchen thats a real shame =-( my local grocery store (Asia Market here in Omaha, NE) sells fresh crab, and I mean fresh like its in a tank and still crawling o.O really cheap price too. Ever since moving here and discovering the asia market, I don't shop at any american super markets (it happens to start with a W), and don't miss it! =-)
I think.. green onions and spring onions are slightly different.. since I'm not familiar with English name for some ingredients.. I try to be careful for the name.. still sometimes make mistakes..anyway.. this green onion..I got from walmart..and the packaging calls it "green onions" I hope it answers your question.. thanks :)
Omg! I just made this and it was delicious! Thanks for sharing ur recipes with us!. I went to 4 different store just to find the squid and the chili paste bur it was well worted! Can I ask u for a chicken soup recipe? Please!!....
Happy to hear that you liked it. hehe btw, what kind of chicken soup you mean ?? I already posted one chicken soup recipe for the last video.. I will send you a link again. if it's not what you wanted..please let me know..thanks !!!
Sorry..I had to mention more detail about the time. It can be depending on the amount you are cooking and the stove temperature..I will say from my recipe.. it will take about less than 5 minutes on high (the pan is heated before you add the squid) in about 4 or 5 minutes.. you can try one piece and you will know if it's completely cooked with the texture.
What a lovely video! Your accent is very cute ^.^. I love dishes with squid, but I usually eat calamari (fried squid) a lot, so I was looking for a new way to make my squid, and I will definitely give this a try it looks delicious!

Is there alcohol in that "cooking wine"?
mohsine1080 2 months ago

I think it has some in it.. but.. when you cook it.. the alcohol will evaporate ..and it's no longer alcohol.. I don't drink alcohol.

eyadmar 1 year ago
@eyadmar
You can sprinkle a little bit of oil.. you can skip oil too.. you don't cook squid too long.. so about 5 to 7 minutes on high will be enough. :)
