  • so funny and amazing. my cat looks very similar to yours but she is not very talkative.

  • They're plotting against the humans! It's all a big conspiracy!

    Dolf is rechtvaardig!

  • I had a cat doing exactly the same when watching birds.. like trying to imitate.. !! very interesting..

  • My cat sounds JUST like that when he wants attention.

  • Its just saying "I want to eat you"

  • My late Maine Coon used to chirp like that....so cute.

  • Meowingtons?

  • The cat is in a happy mood as it's hunting and trying to lure the bird, not like in a tense hunting mood. They are good deceivers, and we are also deceived!

  • I love it! So cute!

  • The quick yipping the cat is doing is actually a hunting yip. My cat was doing it when I got a new puppy (he was REALLY small) and I was worried and asked my Vet. Apparently, she thought he was prey, because the Vet said it was something they did to signify hunting.

  • This is what domestic cat's do, they get used to calling/telling humans when they want food, so then they do the same with birds that are out of their reach. I've seen my cat make similar noises when it's trying to stalk sometimes; it's so funny.

  • @realityisenough JESUITSAREEVILMUYMAL

  • @realityisenough That cat isn't meowing to talk to the owner, it's chattering. Chattering is a response to prey not close enough for the cat to catch, like these birds or squirrels outside the window or even bugs on the ceiling. A cat is not going to chatter at or for cat food. Scientists aren't sure why cats chatter but some think they are trying to mimic bird sounds to trick the birds. Feral cats with no owners make the same noise so it's not related to owners at all.

  • nice cat

  • thats not talking thats stalking

  • Its trying to convince the crows to Fly into her mouth

  • he is just stating how badly he want to pull feathers out of his teeth. I really want that bird.

  • I got from dashiexp.... to nyan cat.... to this... dear god.

  • Years ago I stayed the weekend at some friend's house. I awoke the first morning to what seemed like the sound of 10 cats. I asked them how many cats they owned over breakfast and they laughed and asked if they were noisy that morning and went on to tell me they only had one. Turns out when the crows in the area see their cat out, they sit on the telephone wires and tease it by making perfect cat sounds.

  • Seems completly logical to me, that a domestic cat, unable to reach its prey, would try to lure its prey in the same way the owner lures the cat, via sound.

  • they all do that when they see birds...they want to get out there and catch them!

  • My cat looks exactly like this one and does the same thing when it sees the crows outside.

  • Almost every does that when he/she sees a bird. In dutch is is called 'kekkeren'. My four cats do it all the time. So sweet!

  • @FrauFleidermaus In English it is called Cackling

  • @FrauFleidermaus sommige katten doen dat, maar niet alle. ze kunnen wel van elkaar leren. we zeggen hier "mekkeren", gekke geluid die ze maken als ze een prooi zien, meestal vogels.

  • cats chatter like that when they are frustrated

  • very nice

  • Now we know what the bird whisper looks like. lol

  • Cat: "Pardon me good sir, but you look DELICIOUS!"

  • The cat squints a lot. Doesn't squinting mean "we can be friends" to cats?

  • To other cats, yes, AjnosFTW.

  • The beginning of peace talks between cat and bird?

  • Very cool.

  • A lot of cats make this sort of chattering noise when they see something they want to chase but can't. I can reflect light off of my watch onto the wall, and my two cats will both do that.

  • What if it's animals that have a universal language and humans are just the odd ones out?

  • @failrailtf2 Hey..hi..I like your curious thinking...want to talk further....?

  • @failrailtf2

Because when the cat mews after you say something, its because he understands you.

  • @serialkiller1990 no, it just means that he acknowledges you.

  • Comment removed

  • @failrailtf2 It's called body language and we're fluent in it too.

  • @failrailtf2 Conspiracy Keanu is that you?

  • @failrailtf2

no its just this cat is fuked, and crows like to troll everyone

  • That cat is IMITATING the bird?

  • it's not talking cat , it's a stress reaction of the cat beind a windows , if he see a bird.

  • my cat does EXACTLY the same why do they do this??

  • The cat talking to his "friend on the roof"? I think he's planning a rooftop dinner xp The crows are just explaining the concept of a window to him. lol jk

  • My cat does that noise when she tries to get a bug lol

  • I do wonder what the cat and the crow are discussing?

  • Comment removed

  • Lmao

  • Is that cat BARKING?

  • My cat looks just like that! but he is only 4 months old :D

  • Thats so cute,My cat does the same thing to the birds outside my window. He has never had the opportunity to with a crow but the other birds he chats away with !

  • "Get in ma bellyyy!"

  • I looovvvvvve talking cats!

  • i dunno why but i want to kick him..

  • The cat was warning you not to point the camera at the raven. He doesn't like being filmed.

  • Crazy lol very funny :)

  • shit Im no understand the language of cat (lol) !!

  • They are planning a heist.

  • Some people think tux cats are the smartest. Crows are no slouches either.

  • 'Tis soo cute, that kitty!

  • The cat really does seem to be trying to copy crow sounds! I've never seen cat do that. Crows yes, but not cats.

  • I had a cat that did the same thing, he sounded very similar while also talking to crows.. something is going on that we humans have no idea of.

  • Awww, he's such a cute kitty

  • the cat is sooo cute!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • That cat is smart!

  • At 1:00 the crow says something surprising and the cat turns and says 'really?'

  • cat: "come over here i wont hurt you"

    crow: "ok"

narrator: "join us after the break to see what happens on... THE CROW WHISPERER!!!"

  • Wouldn't it be great to know what they are saying!

  • luring ..

  • i love the colour of your cat

  • Its funny how cats chirp like that.

  • My cat does the same. I think it's a stupid way to catch crows.

  • Cat: Can you please come down and play?

    Crow: No

    Cat: I'm hungry though please!

  • it makes you wonder...

  • come on, my cat does that to insects

  • This is fucking amazing!! XD

  • You tell him honey.

  • The cat sent something in Morse code, and the crow responded with an air-raid siren Red Alert signal. I think we're all screwed.

  • cat- hey.

    crow- STFU noob!!!!

  • Well. My cats usually acted this way while preying on a bird (before you throw rotten tomatoes: they lived freely in a garden near a forest - so I had little or no control over what they fed on in between regular meals). Anyway, if the cat didn't get bored, or if the bird didn't have someplace else to be, the result would be a feathery snack. Or at least a pounce followed by a flutter of departing birdie.

In any case, I wouldn't label this as a "conversation".

  • Its like the cat is trying to imitate the crow's caw but fails miserably and sounded like a barking dog instead.

  • Looks just like my cat! They're like copies

  • translation.... cat: "come down here so i can eat you" Crow: "fuck off mate, grow yourself some wings and come catch me"....

  • FRRRRRRIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEEINNNDDDDYYYYY!!!!!

  • Love it, the cat is cute..

  • my cats react the same way when birds are on the fence or a low branch in a tree

  • That looks almost the exact same as my cat

  • Computer simulations done in 2009 show that consciousness could be generated in neural circuits tiny enough to fit into an insect's brain, according to the scientists at Queen Mary, University of London and Cambridge University. The models suggest that counting ability could be achieved with just a few hundred nerve cells, while a few thousand would be sufficient to make an animal a conscious being, rather than an automated 'living robot'. What's that say about cats, birds and dogs?

  • @bschott Skynet, biological version?

  • @bschott And ravens too, Think of the studies done to show how smart they are.

  • My thinking tells me that they know something that we surely dont,...perhaps they are saying hey where to go when the big comets hits this fucker house hahahahaaa...respect the instinct cause its thinkg to me!!

  • my cat is doing the same thing when looking at birds

  • this reminds me of the old story from "the raven and the fox"

  • All animals share one language...

  • Cat: I am bored come down Ravie and play with me. Raven: Go away don't bother me. Cat: Please please pritty please. Raven: No way Kitty I'm busy cracking this nut.

  • @xozone26 I LOVE THIS OPTION ;-))))

This April I KILLED A KITTEN BY HITTING IT SEVERAL TIMES IN ITS NECK. (I at least wanted to save some swallows, the mother cat would teach it to hunt on the ground while collecting loam for nests)

I cried watching this cat - I guess because we humans humanize mammals` "faces". Maybe we`re right thinking, that we all have the same language - at some dimension just want to communicate like "hey you crow - my little sister, I was a crow in my last life, too.."

  • @nazwayoutubization why did u have to kill the kitten.really?its called natural selection.it sucks.but it happens.

  • @Kunaimaster1000

Well, as a little girl I already did not like mammals very much - because of the difference between (fe)males` body size - it wasn`s made romantically for me. Maybe that`s the first reason. But the convincing for me was, that I can observe our swallows (the brownish rustic/chimney/house one) disappearing ant the peoples´ obsessive feeding of more and more house mammals increasing. So what the f** - natural selection as U say? NATURE?Wanna make it as good I can, me,man, destroyer

  • @nazwayoutubization You don't have to kill a cat just to save swallows. There is a better way. You can take it to a humane society or animal shelter. It will be adopted and kept indoors. Here is a quote for you about kindness to animals, "To blessed animals the utmost kindness must be shown, the more the better. Tenderness and loving-kindness are basic principles of God's heavenly Kingdom. Ye should most carefully bear this matter in mind." Abdul' Baha

  • @LemursFriend If a swallow got caught by a cat, it was either very old, sick, or stupid. Cats being preditors actually help strenthen the DNA pool of their prey species. Swallows are flock birds and preditors will always go for the easy kill.

  • Oh cuz I was thinking I know they don't understand each OTHER LOL

  • They do that when they're agitated because they can't reach something.

  • My cat does that too! and she also talks to bugs and invisible entities.

  • Crows don't like cameras.

  • the cat is mocking them :P

  • I've never seen a cat/meow talk like that before.

  • "This night we devour the human, brother."

  • @eqsaz SISTER.

  • @eqsaz This is hilarious, you made my day!

  • @eqsaz hahahahahaha

  • @eqsaz "We attack at dawn."

  • Cats and crows are very smart. I wouldn't doubt it if they can pass information. It might be mutually beneficial.

  • This is what the cat is saying: "Members of the pack, i have discovered a potential meal and we need to surround it to capture it"

If the hunting pack (owner(s)) get the message, you will fan out waiting for the next message. The next message will be:

"You, (pointing with body language and tail position) flank its right side, and you (the other side) flank the left. I will keep down the middle path hiding untill seen, scaring it left or right. You guys better be ready!

  • O_O Cat`s make this sounds, when their see something, there want hunt I think, my cat does this sounds to, when he see a fly and he hunt it. My cat makes this sounds also, when he feels ignored, for example, when I speak with someone else and not with him.

  • YARR! I tells ya, those filths are ploting against us!

  • Cat: Why're you always up there?

    Crow: Because it's safe

Cat: But you're up so high! How could it ever be safe? Why don't you come down here and play with me!

Crow: But I have wings and love high places! Besides you are a cat and birds don't play with cats

    Cat: But why?

Crow: Because you might eat me

    Cat: Cats eat birds?

Sorry I had to come up with a story hah it's about a kitty who grew up around humans and never learned to be a cat or what cats do ...kinda stupid but yeah

  • Whelp, it has been scientifically proven that crows have language, so....maybe they *are* talking?

  • Aww... That was adorable... But it makes me think, do animals really understand each other? Or do they only understand their own species, like us (and even we have language barriers)?

  • @MoonDisast

Animals of different species are unlikely to understand each other. They have different sometimes opposing body languages, pheromones are species-specific, they perceive the world in different ways etc.

The same way humans cannot instinctively understand other animals (and often mistaken heavily mistake the animal's message by anthropomorphising it.) animals of different species, especially different classes (aka mammals and birds for example) will have difficulties communicating.

  • @WhereCrowsFall

    shameful typo there :<

  • @WhereCrowsFall Hmm... Makes sense. Thanks for your view

  • @WhereCrowsFall Not to be a jackass or anything but it has to be said...

  • "Could you come down and feed me?"

"No, I'm a crow you fool!"

  • I like the part where it meows.

  • There speaking Animalese. lol

  • My cat does that exact same thing when it sees a bird. It does that little mini-meow thing.

  • @flamespinner01 It's trying to mimic a bird call to lure the birds down. Very clever cat.

  • That's crazy cool! xD

  • i love the part where it sayz : meeeeeowww meeeeowwwww

  • I heard thats a cat's hunting strategy, its to charm the birds. Honestly, I doubt it works if its the true purpose of that behavior.

  • my cat does that when he sees a bird outside the window :D

  • Cool story bro.

  • He's sayin "you crap on the roof you clean it up"

  • they probably did talk when they had been around as long as we have, but millions of years they have been here longer and evolved the ability to talk to everything else

  • I <3 cats

  • what tha......wow! smart animals

  • Hihih:)! Thats adorable the sound shes trying to make

  • "I didn't mean to eat your little sister...."

  • i tot i taw a puddy tat

  • that is so cute. I love when my cats "talk" like that (also when they see birds, but I imagine that's cuz they wanna eat them, not partake in conversations with them)

  • You have just wasted 1:35 of my life. GIVE IT BACK MF

  • the cat is sayin he could find any shiny things, the crow is sayin hes not lookin hard enough, the cat is sayin that he already looked everywhere, then the crow says he aint getting paid until he shows him the goods, the cat then says tht his family of little kittens is starving and he would appreciate if he could pay him in advance, the crow the tells the cat to get the fuck out of his office tree and not come back until hes got a nice shiny rolex :)

  • what you say bout my mama, come down here and say it to my face

  • aaaaawwww ;)

  • Gay

  • What are we going to do tonight crows?

same thing we do everynight kitty try to take over the world XD i jast had to lol but seriously sooo cute =3

  • He's attempting to simply talk the birds down instead of hunting them.

    He is a bureaucat!

  • This very cute display shows the cat trying to charm the bird down to eat it/play/injure it lol.

  • Haha! Cute!

  • @MeTubeIsUTube you are a sad person.
