Most of Jolson's films were issued in 2 DVD boxsets in Spain recently. 'Say It With Songs' was OK, but it was a follow up to 'The Singing Fool', which I was also seeing for the first time from the boxset, and I thought it was one of the best films I've ever seen.
'Little Pal' was, of course, the follow up song to 'Sonny Boy' and I think it's just as good as it in every way.

1. Substitute a few telling words, and this also makes a great and heartfelt lullaby for a litle girl's bedtime.
