I do not think you understand english, or maybe you just do not understand the meaning of a "remix".

When you take the acapella from a song, and add instruments to it, it is called a "remix", because the song is "re-mixed".

In this case they have taken the acapella from "Who Is It", and added effects to the acapella, and then added instruments.

If you now say it is not a remix, I will question you of being a grown human.
