haha i went to korea for 6 weeks i learned more there in that time span then i did in 1 and a 1/2 yearsin the us. awesome breaks. keep up the good work.
not to be mean or anything but shouldn't a black belt be able to do the back spin kick easily and also be able to break that board without having to adjust the height?.. just wondering because im a white belt and i have better coordination and balance than that.. pls answer
@SolarAB, you are fortunate to have better coordination and balance than me, but breaking a board on the first try is not required to earn a black belt at our school. Perseverance and hard work are required, which few white belts have, judging by the number of people who drop out before earning a black belt. I hope you have those characteristics also.
@lampinroch I wasn't trying to offend you, and yes i know that a lot of people quit before they even achieve anything.. however i think it's sad what the west has done to the ancient martial arts. My school, too, just basically gives belts away. I want to know that when i get a black belt it is because i deserve it. And if i go to Korea one day, i don't wanna have a yellow belt kick my ass back to the US in 2 seconds. You see my point? :]
