I am 13, 5-11, 132lbs, and i run and have ok abs. I do abs three days a week but I still need an arm workout (shoulders, biceps, triceps, and forearm) that lasts about an hour that I can add to my weekly routine and do three times a week. I would appreciate it SO much if someone could give me that workout and also if they have any tips to give me about gaining muscle that would be wonderful. Please help!

I look at videos like this and i wonder to myself why i cant get a six pack.. i am 5"11" and 165 lbs. i work my abs an hour wmf and 30 min tues thursdays... i dont get how this "12 mintues abs" thing actually helps people. i stil have no definition, and i could outlast a great number of people. someone gimme a set that will work for me
@autoCK I am 6'3" 175 lbs. Try this..... a Healthier diet, long Stretches, try and add another day besides tue and thursdays but you can go "shorter time". It will work I know.
The healthier diet will cut the fat away, stretch so the muscles can adapt to the workout, then adding that day will get more results.
Personally I wouldn't bother with this, basic exercises work out the best (excuse the pun)
If you want abs in 10 minutes do 100 Sit ups without stopping right after move on to cable crunches, start at a moderate weight and get lighter. Workout on alternating days, abs don't need much rest at all, they don't react like other muscles which is why Arnold trained his everyday.
Though if you have a high body fat % you need to lower that before abs are visible.
This one reminds me of Wrestling. There are 1000 diferent moves to throw your opponent down, but the most effective will always be the kick in the balls.
There is no fucking secret that nobody knows about six packs. I had a six pack when i was 15.
If you want to get a six pack, get your lazy ass off the chair, do lots of cardio to burn all that shit you've been eating, do crunches until your abs burn and then do some more, and eat your fucking vegetables!
I don't think it's healthy to have a six pack when you're just 11.
My BF now is 4,8%, but i lost around 18 pounds from Jan to March this years due to some stomach issues.
As soon as i felt better, i started working out heavy again, that's why i stay so lean, and i eat very, very clean since i got sick. It's almost impossible for me to gain fat. I'm just 147 pounds, and i look better than 1 year ago, but i know i'm not healthier
Keep your BF around 8%, it's enough to have a 6 pack

what is that shit!! sorry that is not crossfit and those jumping squats are no where near a squat pulse you are forgetting to mention the amount of technique that is required to do these exercises eg posture, especial with the squat and dumbbell snatch!!!

I think that swimming is the best way to exercise. You train your hold body at once and has a smaller chance to get overworked. I got sixpack etc. as a twelve year old in 3 months or so, because i started swimming twice a week instead of one.

@Patriotistis Sounds like doing well, keep it up! Try and do one full body weight training workout ( like the one above ) per day with your walking. Then focus on getting the right food in ( pop over to my website for many articles on diet ) and you will be well on your way to six pack abs!

I am rlly skinny and don´t need to do any cardio, what do you advice me for exercises like weight exercises. Just to increase the volume of my abs much.
@Prozank Have a look at some of my workouts that only focus on building your abs. I would also focus on doing some full body weight training so you can add some muscle and shape.
