I've just been on Wikipedia, as you do, and it turns out that it's not a relaunch, but the reason I've been seeing it is because they were trialing it in the North East (where I live). So you learn something new every day.

Yes I know but I also said that it's just a relaunch, I see it my newsagents most weeks and it's up to 8 or 9. Unless I'm just seeing things on a fortnightly basis ;) but yes, issue 1 is available now
