No... On easy mode you can't get secret achievments. You can only get them on Normal, Hard, and anything above that.

The reason for me saying that is when I fought the wolf boss at Emhead hill on easy mode, I noticed that the flowers that paralyze anything around it when struck were not there (Even though the first time I had fought him it was on Normal and the flowers were on the battlefield) therefore I was unable to get the secret achievement... Thats when I assumed you had to do it on Normal, But yeah, I hardly play on easy.

And on easy mode you cant get Grade which is why he keeps getting 0 Grade and you can get secret achievements on easy.

Basically, the only thing higher difficulties can do, is give you a challenge and increase the amount of grade that you get. Nothing more, nothing less
