    Hello !

I made this video but if you have questions on this topic of training, you have to ask Radek Parnica Email Radekparnica@yahoo.com. or check under the video web link. Sometime Radek checking the comment on the video and response .

  • I'm really confused, your camera is a PROFESSIONAL CAMERA AND COSTS OVER 1 GRAND!!!! Why is it coming out like video I would shoot with my iPod?!?

  • @JacobWazThere

This video uploaded in long time and on youtube when take max 100 MB size .

This 9 min video I'm compressed 46 MB size . The original mach nicer quality 1 .8 GB not HD just nice .

Today have 1 GB uploading chance on youtube so no need to mach compression. to upload video.

  • Radek , your turnovers used to be and still are a bit slow but good handwork ;)

  • Standing around in your suite, getting ready to go swim, strategizing, the things about triathlons

  • Lol triathletes are funny :')

I'm a swimmer, and I can garantue you that if you swim 1500m in more then 18 minutes, you are a really bad swimmer. (age of 16+)

And I've seen 13 year old kids swimming 17'30 - 17'50 pretty much.

  • 15:23.02 for me.. and you?

  • its a matter of thecnique.. triathletes doesnt have the same thecnique as swimmers...

  • Swimmer = 1 event .. swim

    Triatletes = 3 events .. swim , then bike , then run ..

    gotta pace yourself !

  • I bet you've got a tiny Prick

  • @Minkymoo222 Cold water will do that to you :)

  • great video... Coach Radek, do u have a video discussing efficient stroke technique in more detail?

  • Comment removed

  • leeland5 - this is not a video how swimming stroke should look like it is a video to thank djSandoors for his time I could introduce myself a bit and also offer discussion and comments, this video was made when I was not in shape to swim sub 17min/1500m, I am fortunate enough I can swim sub 19min at anytime :)

best swimming stroke of all time - for a long distance swimmers has a Grant Hackett

  • just what i need to improve my swimming..i do triathlon too n i need tons of help

  • No offence or anything but im 13 and that has got to be the worst freestyle i have ever seen in my life

picked up your haed WAY to high

    your flp turn was off

maybe a couple more years and you will perfect it :)

  • justin, thank you for your comment I appreciate your time. I agree my swimming stroke might not be as Michael's Phelps free style but with this stroke I swam 1650y under 17min in your age, what are your personal bests?

  • One more ! The video maker me Dj sandoors and the comment from Radek Parnica mail .

  • 1650 yards aprox 1500 m under 17 min?????

at he age of 13??? wow less than 1´07'' each 100 m

    teach me!!!!!

  • Well, I can swim 1500 m in 26-27 minutes , but under 17?! ;]]].

  • hahaha just like me!!!!!!!!

    very slow!!!!!!!!

  • tragic comment

(even excepting the spelling errors and typos.)

this guy is an absolute shark in the water. his stroke is exceptionally long and efficient.

  • @justineswim In triathlons you have to swim with your head up every few strokes

  • Nice video, and nice low stroke count on one pool length! But shouldn't your elbow be a wee bit higher when you initiate the f/c pull?

  • I believe your elbow above the water dosnt has to be as high as possible, yes it has to be high (because we want shoulders high) but it has to be natural dependening on your shoulders flexibility. higher you will try to move your elbow more likely you will rotate hips too and sholders will start moving sideways = not swimming in streamline. Above water it is recovery part of swimming stroke, it is important part but not as much as how your stoke looks like underwater
