That win of Lorenzo didn't mean anything, He was just lucky. In fact, he wouldn't get a podium at this race if Simoncelli ,Rossi, and Stoner didn't crash.

This was a heptic race, but a great one. Almost half of the pack didn't finish haha! Felt so bad for Simoncelli though. I kind of wanted him to win.
What ruined the race was the bloody marshalls. Stoner was probably more pissed at them than at Rossi. Even as a Rossi fan, he misjudged that pass extremely. But even the best have their bad moments.
On a side note, the marshalls that last year disqualifed Randy Krummenacher for a common racing incident that happens dozens of times each season... were they in any way related to these?
I'm very glad to have heard there'll be an enquiry on those track marshalls.
They are hired to perform a role that allows no bias or preference whatsoever towards the different riders, and their blatant failure to fulfill their duty has damaged the image of the sport. At best, it seems amateurish to be favouring one specific rider so openly - at worst, the least aware people will wrongly associate the image of favouring Rossi to the MotoGP direction itself. Thus, a mere warning won't be enough.
Im a Rossi fan, and I don't like Jorge's cocky attitude, but im sure that if that was me winning that race I would scream in my helmet "Fuck yes Im awesome" so give him a break haha. Epic race, bl stoner, good effort Rossi - Pedrosa, and I was sad to see Simoncelli high side it.. I hope the next GP will be as exciting as the last one. :D
PS I think some of you need to remember that all these guys are champions.

I think Stoners comment is Right on the mark. Rossi thinks he is unstoppable. yes he has had a great run. but Stoner and Lorenso have just as much talant. watch any close battle with Rossi. if he can't beat you clean he will force his way around you. Rossi's time on the top of the podium is comming to an end and he knows it.

The Rossi/Stoner incident is pretty much old news now, but I just want to let you all know - ROSSI DIDN'T WANT TO CRASH. Fools, he didn't do it purposefully and I'm sure he didn't want to wipe out Casey aswell. And Casey didn't get help? He did, after the marshalls pulled Rossi out from underneath the bikes. It's something called 'rider safety' yeah? Casey up and running! They all gave him a push after but the bike wouldn't start. Not their fault. Casey, I like you but that's just racing.

Vale could of won that race easy. He is struggiling with the ducati because it requires a diffrent riding style, and with vales shoulder he is struggiling.
Rossi is having front end problems like in Qatar when Spies nearly took him out, in Jerez Qaulifiyng aswell.
We have 1 month before the next race. The mechanics would of sorted out the front end problems by then, and Rossi's shoulder would have heald, Rossi is a god on a bike, stoner should be happy to have been knocked of by him.

Rossi Stoner clash is just a racing incident and I'm not sure why Rossi even apologised, stoner just fucked it back in his face. If it were me I would say "look its a wet race and the front going on a Ducati is nothing new, my shoulder is injured and my pace in dry having not developed this bike much yet its not possible win yet in dry. @PLA17EN For the last few years its a known fact the Ducati loses the front without warning, Stoner used to either win or drop the front like a bad habit. No dirty tactics in this instance, fucked shoulder the last thing he wanted to do was drop on that shoulder, he was trying to win, thats what these guys do and those that know the sport well know that Ducati aint winning a dry race for a while. The wet conditions levelled things and he went for it, no Rossi promoter here, just the facts

i'm a big Rossi fan but i think that they clashed because of Rossi's mistake but that doesn't mean Rossi meant crashing the bikes just to bring Stoner down, why would he do that when he's in fact ahead of stoner, and he's not his only opponent, Stoner wasn't even the latest World champ, it was Lorenzo. Stoner is really good but he has sportsmanship issues.. i guess that was one of Lorenzo's very lucky day.. Go Rossi and Ducati! it's just a start..

@pensterify I was so disappointed to miss this race, and after seeing the highlights, there is no way in hell that Stoner should have implied that Rossi purposely brought him down. The track looked loose and slippery, and when you aren't fully comfortable on your bike, pushing that hard you would most likely wreck just because you don't know how the bike will perform. It was hard racing, not malicious at all. Rossi's quote is awesome. Stoner, The Doctor will see you now lol.

Facts are as follows;
1)Its been 6 months now since surgery, plenty of time you would think.
2)He crashed twice last weekend but still managed to finish the race. Don't care how steady he was going in the wet, if he had a serious injury, he would not have finished.
3)If it was still sore, he should get more surgery on it since the first round didn't help him. Last i checked, it was only Pedrosa getting treatment

@chloeliveslifeloud He crashed alot in the early part of the season but won 3 races in the 2nd half. The bike was very competitive when he left. Rossi just hasn't adapted to it yet.

Just watched the race, reminds me of F1 in Korea last year. Where Mark Webber prob won the points to take the Championship. Who knows how this will effect Rossi and Stoners points later down the road.

simoncelli really showed what his capable of doing...his is not riding a factory bike but he lead the race from lorenzo maybe 3 or more seconds..
if rossi and stoner maybe did not crash there is a 3 way battle rossi, simoncelli and stoner... its partly rossi's fault because he is impatient,rossi is an aggressive rider but that move i think is too early... and maybe partly bikes front end's fault... we see it last season stoner riding superbly but crash....
Rossi made the machines Stoner and Pedrosa ride on today. Rossi also made the machines Jorge and Spies ride on today. Even at the end of career he's giving the youngens a run for their money. Simoncelli, Rossi, and Stoner were the only ones really riding today. All the other riders were playing MotoGP. So all you keyboard cowboys need to ride as good as one of these guys before making any asinine comments.

Im a Rossi fan, and I don't like Jorge's cocky attitude, but im sure that if that was me winning that race I would scream in my helmet "Fuck yes Im awesome" so give him a break haha. Epic race, bl stoner, good effort Rossi - Pedrosa, and I was sad to see Simoncelli high side it.. I hope the next GP will be as exciting as the last one. :D

I think Stoners comment is Right on the mark. Rossi thinks he is unstoppable. yes he has had a great run. but Stoner and Lorenso have just as much talant. watch any close battle with Rossi. if he can't beat you clean he will force his way around you. The Rossi/Stoner incident is pretty much old news now, but I just want to let you all know - ROSSI DIDN'T WANT TO CRASH. Fools, he didn't do it purposefully and I'm sure he didn't want to wipe out Casey aswell. And Casey didn't get help? He did, after the marshalls pulled Rossi out from underneath the bikes. It's something called 'rider safety' yeah? Casey up and running! They all gave him a push after but the bike wouldn't start. Not their fault. Casey, I like you but that's just racing.

Even though it's not such a good position in the race , I'm glad rossi was close to the podium. If he wouldnt crash , I think he would be 3rd and hopefully Hayden 2nd and pedrosa 1s7. Fuck lorenzo. hes a rossi wannabe.

Vale could of won that race easy. He is struggiling with the ducati because it requires a diffrent riding style, and with vales shoulder he is struggiling.
Rossi is having front end problems like in Qatar when Spies nearly took him out, in Jerez Qaulifiyng aswell.
We have 1 month before the next race. The mechanics would of sorted out the front end problems by then, and Rossi's shoulder would have heald, Rossi is a god on a bike, stoner should be happy to have been knocked of by him.

Rossi Stoner clash is just a racing incident and I'm not sure why Rossi even apologised, stoner just fucked it back in his face. If it were me I would say "look its a wet race and the front going on a Ducati is nothing new, my shoulder is injured and my pace in dry having not developed this bike much yet its not possible win yet in dry. @PLA17EN For the last few years its a known fact the Ducati loses the front without warning, Stoner used to either win or drop the front like a bad habit. No dirty tactics in this instance, fucked shoulder the last thing he wanted to do was drop on that shoulder, he was trying to win, thats what these guys do and those that know the sport well know that Ducati aint winning a dry race for a while. The wet conditions levelled things and he went for it, no Rossi promoter here, just the facts

i'm a big Rossi fan but i think that they clashed because of Rossi's mistake but that doesn't mean Rossi meant crashing the bikes just to bring Stoner down, why would he do that when he's in fact ahead of stoner, and he's not his only opponent, Stoner wasn't even the latest World champ, it was Lorenzo. Stoner is really good but he has sportsmanship issues.. i guess that was one of Lorenzo's very lucky day.. Go Rossi and Ducati! it's just a start..

@pensterify I was so disappointed to miss this race, and after seeing the highlights, there is no way in hell that Stoner should have implied that Rossi purposely brought him down. The track looked loose and slippery, and when you aren't fully comfortable on your bike, pushing that hard you would most likely wreck just because you don't know how the bike will perform. It was hard racing, not malicious at all. Rossi's quote is awesome. Stoner, The Doctor will see you now lol.

Facts are as follows;
1)Its been 6 months now since surgery, plenty of time you would think.
2)He crashed twice last weekend but still managed to finish the race. Don't care how steady he was going in the wet, if he had a serious injury, he would not have finished.
3)If it was still sore, he should get more surgery on it since the first round didn't help him. Last i checked, it was only Pedrosa getting treatment

@chloeliveslifeloud He crashed alot in the early part of the season but won 3 races in the 2nd half. The bike was very competitive when he left. Rossi just hasn't adapted to it yet.

And since Stoner has won more 800cc races than anyone and is a former WC, he doesn't need to learn much more about racing!

simoncelli really showed what his capable of doing...his is not riding a factory bike but he lead the race from lorenzo maybe 3 or more seconds..
if rossi and stoner maybe did not crash there is a 3 way battle rossi, simoncelli and stoner... its partly rossi's fault because he is impatient,rossi is an aggressive rider but that move i think is too early... and maybe partly bikes front end's fault... we see it last season stoner riding superbly but crash....

Rossi made the machines Stoner and Pedrosa ride on today. Rossi also made the machines Jorge and Spies ride on today. Even at the end of career he's giving the youngens a run for their money. Simoncelli, Rossi, and Stoner were the only ones really riding today. All the other riders were playing MotoGP. So all you keyboard cowboys need to ride as good as one of these guys before making any asinine comments.

@No1Juggernaut Let's be honest, Stoner wasn't called rolling stoner in the lower classes because he could sing, he fell alot (and still does) but to be fair to the man he did only fall when his bike was clearly uncompetitive having managed to be (suprisingly) consistent during the season he won the championship even with the bad tempered Ducati
