holy smokes is this comic DIFFERENT on the greek translated version. i mean, you get the same thing all around, but when zaknafein talks about the children kills on the version i have he says "have you ever heard the screams of a child which is dying? unbelievably loud screams!" same overall, but everyone speaks a tad more high class by default o.o

amazing, i have to pick these comics up. The dark elf trilogy literally changed my life in many positive ways. Zaknafein was an amazing character, brave to the end and beyond. Thank you for doing this vid, i literally came close to tears, i know its not real obviously, but the situation, the emotion, the feeling of hopelessness and being trapped, just draws you in, the mark of an excellent story.

i have seen Zak described as level 19-24 in various DnD campaign books, witch makes him one of the highest level fighter types i ever seen.

He's also my favorite charakter in the series and i realy hope Salvatore writes some books abaut Jarlaxel and Zaknafein's history

Zaknefien Do'Urden gave his life for his son so that Drizzt could have a chance...a chance that Zaknefien did not have. He was a warrior true and gave all he had for his dear son...his life the last gift. May his memory live on through Drizzt Do'Urden and all that he does.

I was always pretty ticked when Matron Malice brought defiled him by re-animating him as Zin-carla, but he had the last laugh, so it's cool. Anyway, excellent vid, and also an excellent choice of songs to accompany it

@DjibrilRagnarok I agree that Zak is the coolest character in the series. I also agree that Malice is a cunt of dimentions. That said, it was her nature to act as she did. I did not really understand a genuine evil mind. Those books (and the comics) is a masterpiece. All the characters, the universe.. Everything is just fantastic. Playing an 6th level evil drow fighter now, and it's hard not pulling a Zak on them by going CN on them.
