I just saw the film "First Do No Harm" 1996 by Meryl Streep. Begin a raw vegan, I believe raw vegan diet would work as well as "Ketogenic" diet. So glad I found Arnold's this interview. Candida albicans produces uric acid. Raw food diet contains enzymes and specific molecules in the cabage, kale which destroy fungus/candida. Vegan diet neutralizes acidity via excess meat, dairy, eggs, certain fruit. Fructose causes high uric acid, check google (google fructose and uric acid). Fructose like all sugars feeds candida.
