@SEBTX1 Dude dont be an idiot the Brady should already be on this list and he for sure should be when he retiers. He is better than Stabler, Aikman, Unitas, Bradshaw, and Namath. He is better than half the guys on this list and just as good as some others. Matt Cassel isnt even anywhere close to being on the same planet talant wise as Brady.
@SEBTX1 This is a stupid argument. Brady's claim to fame is the 3 Super Bowl win, which happened in 01, 03, and 04. The Pats were 5-11 before Brady and 11-5 Super Bowl champs after him. When Matt Cassel took over, it was after 2007, the whole undefeated season thing. Put Cassel in Brady's shoes taking over after Bledsoe and he wouldn't do shit.
Also where is BART STARR? He was the king of Clutch and won 3 NFL Chamionships and the first 2 Superbowls in convincing fashion (more championships than any other QB)
Namath shouldnt even be on this list. Look at his career stats and tell me with a straight face that he is even in the same league as these other guys. Yeah he won 1 superbowl but if thats the criteria for this list then get Dan Marino off the list
ok but what if u didnt have the qb u just going to run it all day yes QBs do get all the credit because the NFL today is a passing league i hate how QBs get the wussy calls but without them where does the offense start
@jasada09 there are tons of players that can throw the football but any of them that have any athletic ability get moved to wr because they want them some where other than qb
very poor list ....any list compiled today must include...and l do mean MUST INCLUDE.....both Peyton Manning and Tom Brady in the top 10. Personally im convinced they both should be in the top 5 already and headed for the top 3.
Seeing that Stabler had a 1,000 yard runner only once, and earned the NFL MVP award, and at one time had the highest career completion percentage, compared to some of the others, could go higher. By the way, Bradshaw won 4 Super Bowls with one of the greatest defenses in history. He really wasn't a great QB. Never had great QB ratings. His interception and TD %'s were about even in his career... only two more interceptions than TDs!
farve DOesnt even fit in top 50 take his dum ass out of the list. troy with 12 and 2 post season record is number 5? he is still the most aquret qb of all time. and brett is 3?. he is interception machine. Tom shouyld be number 3 of all time. manning should fit as number 10 maybe. John elaway should be number 2. where is steve young?
Well when your career yards-per-attempt is 7.0 (meaning he threw an ass-load of 5-yard outs) and you get to stand behind a brick wall O-line and hand off to the most productive RB ever, you SHOULD be the most accurate QB of all-time. Problem is, Aikman isn't. Favre and Aikman have an identical YPA and Comp% but Favre was a much better passer than Aikman. Besides, Aikman was 11-4 in the postseason, not 12-2.
Sure Favre threw a ton of INTs- but he also threw more TDs and won more games than any QB ever. Favre threw 154 more TD passes then INTs. Aikman threw 24 more TDs than INTs. Now, I'm no math major, but please explain how Aikman is the most, uh, "aquret" QB of all time.
And please attempt to type in a manner that doesn't make me think I'm just wasting my time arguing with a 12-year old.
my opinion 10. Johny Unitus 9. Roger Staubach 8. Steve Young 7. Troy Aikman 6. Terry Bradshaw 5. Peyton Manning 4. Joe Montana 3. John Elway 2. Dan Marino 1. Brett Favre
my list (my opinion) 1. brett favre 2. joe montana 3. dan marino 4. john elway 5. peyton manning (right now) 6. terry bradshaw 7. roger staubach 8. steve young 9 troy aikman 10.kenny stabler (if there was a #11 i would pick johny unitus)
u cant have brett favre on here and not have peyton manning peyton manning will be the best one day man he manages the game he is the offensive coordinater pretty much terrible team and he puts up the big numbers and records
I think Steve Young needs to be on the list... and imo, Y.A. tittle could challenge for #10... I know you will accuse me of being "too much of a niners fan" but think about it, Steve Young won how many? 1 or 2 superbowls? and Y.A. Tittle was just an amazing QB all around
John Elway should switch with Dan Marino on this list, and i'm a huuuuuge dolphins fan by the way. but Marino stayed way way to long on the team, he was the reason that we nv had a chance at a superbowl. he wanted to stay and just throw and throw and throw but without a running game ur not gonna be a super bowl team. But Elway played well throu his entire career and was able to win a few at the end of his career b/c he knew he could only win if he handed it off to T.D. thats y elway is better
AHAHAHAHA u stupid dumbass maybe but a few QB's from 2000? wow these guys all suck balls exept dan marino joe montana and brett farve...but they r all from like 1900.....FAIL
Holy sht lol. Totaly inaccurate. These are the worst picks you could possibly get. First off Troy Aikman blows. And Tom Brady should easily be number 1-2
BULL SHIT!!! NAMATH WASN'T GREAT..Bradshaw won superbowls because of the team...he wasn't great either... Warren Moon should be up here...Tom Brady, Steve Young... These are all just hyped up QB's...no numbers just old school legends
if that the case Phil Simms and Jeff Hosestettle should be on this list...it abouy being a tech at the position...and some did it but where not on great teams...so did just okay and were on great teams... Bradshaw was nothing without the Steel curtain...because he threw too many picks to be on a less then stella defense...lol
dude you put those words in my mouth...I didn't say he was nothing of a qb...just that he not a top ten of all time IMO...most could argue if Steve Young, Dan Fouts, Warren Moon, Jim Kelly, Randle Cunningham even Phil Simms and Bearnie Kosar were on those great teams they would of had 4 super bowls too and even put up better number while doing it...it's not boxing or tennis so he cant be giving sole credit for those SB wins....if you just looked at his career numbers you wouldn't be impressed.
And the same goes for Namath...so those are two QB's that would be on my list of most over rated players of all time. Players become overrated in a team game when people make the misstake of giving them to0 much credit for something it took the whole team to do... Terry Bradshaw wasn't even the most dominate force on those teams...he was good though...but he an easy person to make a case on nit being a top ten...esp since I like to debate this..no disrepect ever intended my man.
where the fuck is tom brady?? he should atleast be in the top 5. peyton manning had reggie wayne, marvin harrison, dallas clark?? who did tom brady have?? deon branch, troy brown?? yet he still wins 3 superbowls and 2 superbowl mvps. tom brady is going to be one of the all time greatest
Joe Namath and Bradshaw are sooo over rated... especially Namath..lol Pjil Simms put up better numbers them him and has a superbowl win record...but no Hype...who ever get's hype people like it..just human..no body looks at win lose records INT to TD ratio...lol because Namath and bradshaw would be here...lol
Ken Stabler was a childhood favorite of mine but, he does not belong in the top ten. Joe Namath does not belong because he threw more interceptions in his career than touchdowns... Also, Joe Namath had a below 50% career winning percentage. In some respects Joe Namath was the Brett Farve of his day, by this I mean he was a strong armed QB who had a habit of making bad decisions on the field. John Unitas should be higher because he gave birth to the modern NFL QB. He created the 2 minute offense!
heres mine 10. Fran Tarkenton 9. Terry Bradshaw 8. Steve Young 7. Roger Staubach 6. Dan Marino 5. Johnny Unitas 4. Sammy Baugh 3. Joe Namath 2. Brett Favre 1. Joe Montana
6. dan marino (only because he didnt win any super bowls, and yes winning comes first in my book)
7. johnny unitas
8. joe namath
9. peyton manning
10. tom brady (both peyton and tom will be in the top three by the time they retire, i think they could be there now but i want to wait till their careers are over to find out how they do in the end.)
are u fucking retarded brett favre owns nearly every record a QB could want and won 3 strait mvp awards maione34 u dont even have him on the list when he should be first
he is the single greatest QB to ever pick up a football
ok wtf u people tom brady should NOT be on there... SO WHAT IF HE HAD ONE FUCKING GOOD SEASON!!! LOOK AT HIM NOW.. HES INJURED AND THEN HE WILL SUCK LIKE HE DID B4 THAT SEASON!!!
um terry bradshaw has the most superbowl wins all time he should be number 1 and he got those 4 in 6 yrs joe montana shud b number 2 cuz he had 4 wins but aftr terry and wasnt in 6 yrs and wheres jerome bettis on ur running back vid and lynn swan on ur recivers cmon man get it rite
I'm a niners fan, and......I've gotta say that Elway is #1, #2 is Montana, #3 is Peyton, sorry that fool is good, #4 is Farve. Marino is good, but he's a loser, all the other QB's are Super Bowl Champions except the Loser Marino.
My list would include Dan Fouts....no defense to support him. As for Stabler, I like his inclusion on the list - what a smart, cool, saavy man with little athletic ability. He was the only one that could give the "Steel Curtain" fits people....something to consider before anyone discounts from the list.
Montana was good, but I believe that he got too much credit for those Niner teams of the 80's. I would have Elway or Marino #1. But, at least you didn't put that overrated Brady in the top 10. I can't believe that there are analysts out there that think he will be considered the best of all time when he retires. What games are they watching? He should never be in the top 10 all-time, let alone top 5. Most overrated player of all time.
Because I said I have the same top two QBs you then said "so what do Tom Brady needed to be here? Long Term?" That's some pretty good writing dip shit. First of all Tom Brady has done nothing spectacular, He rode the coattails of a great defense that took years to put together to win (cheat) their 3 titles. Until Tom Brady proves he is better than Terry Bradshaw he is beneath him and therefore does not belong on a greatest of all time list. They both are mediocre QBs with great defenses.
ok dude, your raitings are pretty good. BUT WTF, manning already has a bunch of records, and will have them all in like 3 years. Plus elway is way better than marino and favre i may give you montana, but its very close
Your list is so pathetic, it should be taken down and you should be shot for making it. Also for including this gay-ass Guitar Hero music. Get a life faggot.
ummm Otto Gram... Sammy Baugh? where are they... where's Unitas should be higher Farve is not the best Quaterback of all time and should be lower than Elway, Staghback, Unitas, Gram, Baugh, and Montana... I agree with montana since you don't have Gram in the top 10 at all... but Gram led the browns to 10 championship games in 10 years
This is the official listo of the top 10 QBs of all time Tom brady Joe Montana Dan Marino Jhon Elway Terry Bradshaw Jhonny Unitas Troy Aikman Brett Favre Steve Young Joe Namath Respect the boss , MR. BRADY
brady is the best QB of all time in the middle of his carreer, montana won 4 tites in all his carreer, brady has 3 in his 7th year , MVP, record breaker , 3 rings , you don't know about nfl, you have to see , stats before u talk, cause you dont know what ur talking about
For anybody who thinks that Tom Brady is on that list deserves to be shot! Brady is a fucking pussy. I like brett the best, but i respect if you put him at 3or4. BUt BRADY IS A FUCKING BITCH

Dophinillie 3 years ago
Tom Brady dosen't compare to Dan marino Joe Montana or Joe Nameth and neather does Manning or warner.
dolfan132008 3 years ago
I agree with the top 3. The rest is crap. You're missing Brady, Manning, and Warner.
Steelers26426 3 years ago 2

TheSandsOfTime60 3 years ago
I'm a niners fan, and......I've gotta say that Elway is #1, #2 is Montana, #3 is Peyton, sorry that fool is good, #4 is Farve. Marino is good, but he's a loser, all the other QB's are Super Bowl Champions except the Loser Marino.
scruffnutz 3 years ago
what happened to warren moon?
yodawon45 3 years ago
My list would include Dan Fouts....no defense to support him. As for Stabler, I like his inclusion on the list - what a smart, cool, saavy man with little athletic ability. He was the only one that could give the "Steel Curtain" fits people....something to consider before anyone discounts from the list.
possumtail 3 years ago
you suck
BRANDONGROXZ 3 years ago
Unitas number 9 is insane, he is arguably the best in history
UTubeAK47 3 years ago
Montana was good, but I believe that he got too much credit for those Niner teams of the 80's. I would have Elway or Marino #1. But, at least you didn't put that overrated Brady in the top 10. I can't believe that there are analysts out there that think he will be considered the best of all time when he retires. What games are they watching? He should never be in the top 10 all-time, let alone top 5. Most overrated player of all time.
a7b7c78 3 years ago
name the receivers and runnigbacks had in his first two superbowl wins? hint: Rice wasnt on those teams
yodawon45 3 years ago
I have the top two exactly the same.
PHILFISH696969 3 years ago
so what do Tom Brady needed to be here? long term?
alexsep82 3 years ago
Tom Brady will never make any list of mine.
PHILFISH696969 3 years ago
well then you're just a stubborn jackass. I'm not a Pats fan, but you have to respect how great Brady has played since he became a starter
UTubeAK47 3 years ago
Suck my balls and lick my ass! You and Brady are both bitches.
PHILFISH696969 3 years ago
Because I said I have the same top two QBs you then said "so what do Tom Brady needed to be here? Long Term?" That's some pretty good writing dip shit. First of all Tom Brady has done nothing spectacular, He rode the coattails of a great defense that took years to put together to win (cheat) their 3 titles. Until Tom Brady proves he is better than Terry Bradshaw he is beneath him and therefore does not belong on a greatest of all time list. They both are mediocre QBs with great defenses.
PHILFISH696969 3 years ago
ok dude, your raitings are pretty good. BUT WTF, manning already has a bunch of records, and will have them all in like 3 years. Plus elway is way better than marino and favre i may give you montana, but its very close
Exus11 3 years ago
Your list is so pathetic, it should be taken down and you should be shot for making it. Also for including this gay-ass Guitar Hero music. Get a life faggot.
KingOfBBQ 3 years ago
no steve young? and why is unitas 9th
Ballin2423 3 years ago
i agree ,also surprised not to see fran tarkenton, and frankly regardless if he's an active player or not peyton manning
Jerzeegeemoney 3 years ago
ummm Otto Gram... Sammy Baugh? where are they... where's Unitas should be higher Farve is not the best Quaterback of all time and should be lower than Elway, Staghback, Unitas, Gram, Baugh, and Montana... I agree with montana since you don't have Gram in the top 10 at all... but Gram led the browns to 10 championship games in 10 years
cmiller160 3 years ago
rubeng1230 3 years ago
mr brady can suck my balls
footballkid8866 3 years ago
dont EVER put brady above marino, montana or elway he shouldnt even be on this list
kotaysoon 3 years ago
brady is the best QB of all time in the middle of his carreer, montana won 4 tites in all his carreer, brady has 3 in his 7th year , MVP, record breaker , 3 rings , you don't know about nfl, you have to see , stats before u talk, cause you dont know what ur talking about
rubeng1230 3 years ago
For anybody who thinks that Tom Brady is on that list deserves to be shot! Brady is a fucking pussy. I like brett the best, but i respect if you put him at 3or4. BUt BRADY IS A FUCKING BITCH
jmjpt 3 years ago
rubeng1230 3 years ago
