Hey mister Tom why not answer us, here are some people who doesen't have the plugins tab ! I saw this video today and this days I created a blog and I have to tell you there is NO PLUGINS.Please answer us what can we do to find plugins I can't understand why you have and we don't have.Waiting your answer, bye !
I tried to follow your directions, but at 4:19 you have a sudden change to a new view without explaining how to get there. I got around this by manually typing the html needed later. Somehow my 'download' tag doesn't appear unless I first start playing the audio.
Other than that this would have been a very useful help; thanks for making the effort.

If you do not see the Plugins tab then your WordPress user must not have Administrator access. Only Adminstrators can see the Plugins section.
