This is an excellent radio-style rant--I made/ate my whole dinner listening to it. I guess I had forgotten how enjoyable it was to grow up about 25-30 years ago and listen to regular news broadcasts. My opinion on smoking hemp or driving drunk is that when you injure someone it makes no difference what you are on. Why should someone be punished more for killing someone if they have been drinking but get a slap on the wrist if they are just a bad driver? Equal punishment is the answer.
