My mom had a copy of The Chieftains-Another Country on cassette when I was young. We listened to Killybegs alot. The Chieftains did a more recent collaboration album called "The Wide World Over" that's *almost* as good as Another Country. I hope to travel to Ireland and possibly visit some of the places mentioned in the song. Thanks for posting it.

This is the home of my grandfather he was born there in 1900 and left in 1925 for America. My opinion the greatest little town in Ireland.

I spent three days and nights in Killybegs at the Bay View Hotel last month. Great spot. Try Castlemurray House for a beautiful meal.
