Dogs have to be licensed in NY, but I walk my dog every day and no cop ever asked to see it. maybe I live in the wrong neighborhood, there are black cops around here. Also, in the video there is a black cop. I am just tired that the race card gets played for every little incident, and I am not the only one, some of my black buddies are too. If you resist arrest they have the legal right to enforce it, the more you resist the more ammunition you give them. When I get threatened with arrest, I just play their rule book and be smart about it. So far it worked, just food for thought!!!!

First of all, you don't know the circumstances behind the arrest. Chances are, he was arrested for something far more serious than just walking his dog. The fact that he was resisting the police as they were walking him to the car gives me reason to believe he was resisting arrest which was the reason why he was brought to the ground.
Don't just show a small portion of the tape and claim it's something. Just because the suspect was black and the cops were white, doesn't mean it's profiling.

dont get me wrong, i hate cops, but respect that police get things done. obviously this guy was resisting. the vid picks up with him being restrained on the ground while one cop put on cuffs, as soon as the cuffs were on they got off, but then he was resisting again so they had to help get him in the car.
Police brutality is the intentional use of excessive force, usually physical, but potentially also in the form of verbal attacks.
