i made a wire frame, what am i suppose to do with it?

You should go to the web site. There are 59 different topics we will be discussing as part of the FOPTV series... and Telekinesis is of course one of them.

The basic idea with the wire frame is to hang things from it (like weights, pendulums, etc) to make sure you aren't physically touching it. Then simply try and move it without touching the wire frame etc.
