damn...reminds me of my childhood...i remember when i used to play this with my cousins...they loved me because i was the only one who understand the game...now i play alone and i still love it...after 10 years i recovered my n64 console and i'm playing my old games again...i remember that it used to be harder...but...i still love to play it....good...but really good good memories...

though i pretty much knew they were fake,

This level isn't in the game for you to usually get... I had to hack it and I modified it. The level appears in the ending cutscene of the game but you can't play in it.
