reinstall gta sa and after that install the mod (because you need to do a clean install of the game first), also in some cases some computers don't support enb series incase it doesn't shift + f12 to disable enb.

Ah, If the ground is transparent just press shift + f12, you will probably have to reconfigure the enbseries.ini file yourself because its not compatible.

check that your gta sa folder is in read mode only to check just do right click in the gta folder properties uncheck the read only then click on apply, after that, try reisntalling again
