Great playing man. I've just got a Harley Benton GA5 head, put an RRT-1 pedal/old Boss RV2 in front and cranked, it gives a great impression of the brown sound. Compares well with my '82 2204 and Haze 15 heads too.

Everytime I watch this I'm floored. It's like Eddie is RIGHT THERE. Your technique and feel obviously make a majority of the tone, but it blows me away that all that noise is coming from such a little amp.

I do not, I've got a Crate V1512 (15-watt Class A, single channel) that for months I've been diming the master volume and keeping the preamp gain low and using dirt pedals. When my Weber gets here in a few weeks I'll post some clips. I can't wait to hear the output distortion on that baby!

FWIW, I have a brand new Epi LP standard and it's a damn nice guitar.

My guitar instructor just bought the 57 Jr. re issue and it too is really cool. Doesn't have the tone of my Standard, but it's sweet. Of course the standards weigh about the equivalent of a Mac truck..

The Valve Jr. sounds great. Good stuff, man.
