that had to be the biggest waste of time ever, the nhl is desperite and will do anything to get the public going. that is why i myself, along with many other have realized that the nhl is going to do all the can to have the penguins go 16-0 and have crosby as the MVP......kidding you ask? no, crosby is a piece of shit and if anyone gets the MVP over him its fluery or maybe even malkin. fluery is the reason they are doing so good. and i will call you out.......you dont know shit about the rangers

Now i agree that the Penguins have been getting a few lucky calls recently, but i don't think the Rangers can blame anyone but themselves. I mean look no further than Ryan Hollweg, his penalty was needless, dangerous and pretty much lost them the game. If you think the NHL are trying to help the Penguins win then they must have put something in the Rags dinner because they were turning the puck over like nobodys business. Can anyone tell me why Avery hasn't been reprimanded for swinging his stick at Fleury and spearing Fleury? I mean, the only thing that alleviated the blow was Hal Gill slowed it down.

yeh its a hard one. I think the quicker we forget about averys antics and the more we concentrate on ignoring him (if ever there was a contradiction in actions) the better. Yeh he was wrong to do it, but i think the more we make of it, the more he loves it and the less we think about hockey. If someone gets the chance then they should lay him out (cleanly). With gRob hopefully back in the lineup tonight though it might get interesting.

Mmm, its hard to tell the popularity of the NHL in the UK. We sold out the 2 games in september (with a bit of help from our European cousins) without any marketing from the NHL whatsoever.

But Channel 5's coverage of the NHL has been shunted to the worst slot left in the schedule meaning even the 1 playoff game they show is tape-delayed...it seems that Channel 5 can't sell any adverts during the show either (or maybe they choose not to) which is nice, but concerning.

Good job. I think this series is going be very tight i think these are the best two teams left in the East. most game will probably go down to a goal. I think the rangers defensive system might be reason why they advance that and lundquist.

i respected Mario Lepuke when he retired initially... but in 2006 he should have stayed upstairs, the kid could have and should learn on his own. Then again, whatever its his team and they owe Mario a lot more money then they could ever pay him.... im 30, and grew up watching mario in his prime. Mind you he has a GREAT team right now, but that doesnt mean i have to respect any of them lol...
