do all vet tech programs have to do this? lol do you know? i want to be a vet tech but I think I would just die if i had to do that. im cool with blood and everything but OH MY GOSHHHH i couldnt do that id pass out.

@smokeyseptember Hey, I am not sure how many of the programs actually do this. The vast majority of them do not have large animals readily available to them. We are fortunate to have school owned cows for this procedure. While there is a certain 'ick' factor, there is so much to be learned from it. I hope you pursue the career and become a technician.
