@AboutSevenDemons Don't know how you can say Penny is better... Josh is no doubt the best drummer for Coheed, his style is perfect for their music, not to mention his grooves and technique. And that's not opinion, that's fact. Not trying to start a fight here, cos i don't fight mortals, and yes, i am God. All Worship Me
SCStunner316, you are forever one of my favorite people. I know you probably won't read this, but the other day I say a Keywork sticker on someone's back windshield and when I got out to say "Hey you're the only other person in alabama I know that likes coheed" I found out he's the drummer for the band that opened for Incubus at The Big spring jam here in huntsville. It really made my day. Check them out, they're called Illicit Ties and they kick major gluteous maximus. have a great day bro!
@Vinditicus Please stop telling people what to call them. we're all fans of the same band, let's save it for the people that call them shit. I'm not trying to be an ass, just try'na spread the love. life's too short to stay pissed off all the time.
@Vinditicus CoCa. you don't abbreviate it correctly. it was written on a table by travis stever in the "a favor house atlantic" video and has been used various times to refer to the band by the band mates.
@theyflykites At the SSTB show I went to, everybody sang louder than Claudio. Barely anybody sang when they played No World for Tomorrrow at the end though
God damnit. COCA said they would eventually do another Neverender tour, that of which i will be at regardless of its location, but, i wanted to see chris drum so fucking bad. =(
Neverender happened in 08 and i just watched a interview with COCA and cladio specifically said that they will consider having another after the release of their 6th studio album. And they released info that they are 3 + songs in atm...troll
Ain't no band that plays today who can even come close to matching this perfection. Coheed and Cambria is on a level that other musicians could only dream of being.
@olabaz They play all of their live shows one note flatter (I don't know how to say it without sounding musically illiterate, but i think you get what I am trying to say)
Around the time of the Good Apollo album, they started tuning down half a step to help compensate for claudio's lowering voice. They play all their songs in this tuning now.
This kind of makes me sad without Josh Eppard in the mix. I like Chris alright, just the fact that they are doing the 10th Anniversary for SSTB without him kind of sucks.
@zemzembamzem Ahh, I'm going to the one in Atlanta. And I also. :D I didn't like Coheed all that much in 08, so I didn't get to go to this Neverender.
@frezzpwns89 Not to be an ass, but I just want to clarify, it was if you pre ordered the deluxe edition of The Year of The Black Rainbow, not Neverender.
@slovok my bad, your right. I just got mixed up when i typed it i guess cause i was watching neverender at the time. I preordered both so didnt matter for me XD
@frezzpwns89 2 things. 1. I dont think the black cards are still vallid. 2. If they are, the place that the concert is held at, some times screws you over. My brothers and I went to New Mexico this last summer, we were supost to have an acustec show, but becuase the place in new mexico did not get every thing set up in time, they cancelled the acustic set. On top of that, they did not even oner the card. I almost did not get in because of will call.
@frezzpwns89 do some shows have vip bundles at extra cost and does it go through co&ca's online site which you have to be a member of? can you explain my good sir
@tropicalthunder232 The VIP laminate came with coheeds re-release of the SSTB vinyl bundle pack. Its good for all of the SSTB shows. Youtube won't let me post the link so i'll send it in a message. They're selling it through merchnow. They only made 3,000 though, and last week they posted on Facebook that there were less then 500 left. So you might wanna grab yours. It was also only $39 for like the first 3 days but now $49, but still worth it imo
every person in this band is my hero, great lead guitar/vocalist/lyricist, great rhythm guitar (with some sick solo fills), sick bassist, no one realizes it but he's so sick, and now chris pennie on drums. damn. so sick
@deansyndrome When you say listening to this on itunes are you talking about the live version? I can't find the live version on itunes, I really want to though. Thanks

@UnintentionalJester I agree. Honestly, this is probably the greatest song ever written. And its probably the best coheed song, which is a lot comeing from someone who prefers the long progressive songs

hahaha, sadly, thats where i got my copy too. my comic book store had no idea what i was talking about. you should check out Kill Audio too. its pretty fuckin funny. and i really hope the soul that downgraded my comment meant to upgrade it. because comics are the shit. and comics about Coheed and Cambria Kilgannon are even better than regular comics.
@LetTheBikesOut Claudio said in an interview he just got the inks for IKS comics. I think this means they're close to the end of production. Look for them in the next year.
@Shabutie92 i thought i'm the only one who hears it when i heard it while listening my iPod, i was in bus with 3 of my friends and in all sudden i started laughing and my friends asked what the fuck i'm laughing...well it's quite funny :DD
hey just curious does anyone know where Prize Fighter Inferno fits into the Amory Wars. Cause i know that Claudio said that it was a prequel to the Amory Wars but wouldn't Year Of The Black Rainbow be the prequel to the Amory Wars. So I'm curious does anyone know which comes first PFI or YOTBR if you can answer this that would be very helpful thanks!!
prize fighter inferno is, from what i know, (ive only listened to Who Watches the Watchmen), about Star Cecil(or whatever), i dont remember where Claudio meets start cecil but its After YOTBR...
actually The Prize Fighter Inferno is Jesse Kilgannon because he was The Inferno the K.B.I. project Knowledge being Cambria and Beast being Coheed. Jesse meets up with the Bleam family and creates the Blood Machine hence the lyrics in IKSSE:3 "my brother's blood machine". I was just wondering if PFI occurred before or after YOTBR or somtime between SSTB and IKSSE:3cause i am kinda confused
but isn't Who Watches The Watchmen about Cecil being owned by that machine( what is it called?) that creates the blue energy which holds together the key work?, how is Jesse connected to that, I realize that Jesse is "The Prize Fighter Inferno", i think im totally wrong on that one but, looking over it, i think MBBM, is after YOTB (continue onward to 2nd comment!!!)
(comment 2) Sanchez: "Jesse, "dies in the Good Apollo: Volume One, and is resurrected on present-day Earth. So he leaves the solar system that the story takes place in, and gets resurrected in the present day. But before he can tell the story of the Amory Wars, he needs to tell the story of the Blood Machine.", so its the earliest of the Amory Wars Stories, And i think i wrote in comment one that it is After...
yes i know that already but im confused as to where Prize Inferno Fighter ends up in the story cause Claudio said that PFI was a prequel to The Amory Wars but does it come after YOTBR or before
...if yotbr is part of the amory wars that my brothers blood machine must be a prequel to that, and the actual character ends up dead, he dies in the end of good apollo 1, and then returns in the the prize fighter album, dont ask me how cuz i dunno lol
yes that's true so i guess if My Brother's Blood Machine is a prequel to Amory Wars then it comes before Year Of The Black Rainbow. I'm still a little confused i guess i have some research to do. ^_^
@Zebrahead519 Actually.. Claudio is releasing a three hundred page book (not a comic a book, like with text... and ONLY text) with the deluxe copies of "Year Of the Black Rainbow" and it's supposed to open everything up.
Cobalt and Calcium said the book was on the origins of coheed and cambria, and by that i am assuming the characters as they are a big part of this album
the prize fighter inferno takes place on earth like real earth, jesse is sent there after he dies oddly ;O and the story is ABOUT the blood machine and the bleam family who are like crazy cannibals alot like the texas chainsaw massacre its interesting acutely and year of the black rainbow is before tsstb listen to the daven port cabinet as well its travis side band they all coralate :]
@thisrazorblade123 yes i understand that Year Of The Black Rainbow comes before Second Stage Turbine Blade and i understand the setting of My Brother's Blood Machine but where does it fit chronologically into the The Amory Wars because like i said before Claudio said that it was a prequel to the Amory Wars so i'm confused where Prize Fighter Inferno comes into to the story is it before or after Year Of The Black Rainbow. And I don't think that Davenport Cabinet ties into The Amory Wars at all
This song is the sole reason I am happy to be named Matthew.

hey just curious does anyone know where Prize Fighter Inferno fits into the Amory Wars.

But before he can tell the story of the Amory Wars, he needs to tell the story of the Blood Machine.", so its the earliest of the Amory Wars Stories, And i think i wrote in comment one that it is After...

year of the black rainbow is part of the amory wars and a prequel to second stage, iksse and good apollo 1 and 2
totsuo831 2 years ago
yes i know that already but im confused as to where Prize Inferno Fighter ends up in the story cause Claudio said that PFI was a prequel to The Amory Wars but does it come after YOTBR or before
nb970 2 years ago
...if yotbr is part of the amory wars that my brothers blood machine must be a prequel to that, and the actual character ends up dead, he dies in the end of good apollo 1, and then returns in the the prize fighter album, dont ask me how cuz i dunno lol
totsuo831 2 years ago
yes that's true so i guess if My Brother's Blood Machine is a prequel to Amory Wars then it comes before Year Of The Black Rainbow. I'm still a little confused i guess i have some research to do. ^_^

Hey, guys, were never gonna understand this until claudio tells us, which he never will lol.

@Zebrahead519 Actually.. Claudio is releasing a three hundred page book (not a comic a book, like with text... and ONLY text) with the deluxe copies of "Year Of the Black Rainbow" and it's supposed to open everything up.
Google it.

Cobalt and Calcium said the book was on the origins of coheed and cambria, and by that i am assuming the characters as they are a big part of this album
Zebrahead519 2 years ago
the prize fighter inferno takes place on earth like real earth, jesse is sent there after he dies oddly ;O and the story is ABOUT the blood machine and the bleam family who are like crazy cannibals alot like the texas chainsaw massacre its interesting acutely and year of the black rainbow is before tsstb listen to the daven port cabinet as well its travis side band they all coralate :]
thisrazorblade123 2 years ago
yeah pretty sure thats how it works
Travis's side project has a story?
Zebrahead519 2 years ago
@thisrazorblade123 yes i understand that Year Of The Black Rainbow comes before Second Stage Turbine Blade and i understand the setting of My Brother's Blood Machine but where does it fit chronologically into the The Amory Wars because like i said before Claudio said that it was a prequel to the Amory Wars so i'm confused where Prize Fighter Inferno comes into to the story is it before or after Year Of The Black Rainbow. And I don't think that Davenport Cabinet ties into The Amory Wars at all
nb970 2 years ago
@thisrazorblade123 Uhm I really don't think Davenport Cabinet has anything to do with the story. The story is Claudio's and Claudio's alone.
