AMD sucks ass. They are way to fragile. touch them once and they never work again.

Intel however , you can run them over , over clock the hell out of em , run em with no heatsink and fan and they still keep on going.

Every processor is fragile, You have to handle with care. It pretty much goes without saying intel or AMD.

Overclocking is something that varies from chip to chip, But the inexpensive Black edition series from AMD (AMD phenom II X2) are about $100 cheaper than the Core 2 Duo series and are extremely easy to overclock.

And as for the comment about running a CPU without a heatsink, you get the voltages, frequency and fsb down enough you can run pretty much any CPU without a heatsink.

but what the point of make overheat your cpu? your processor is not do for that frequency and intel have always overheat more than an amd but now intel try to put - of volt in there cpu and they have up more the frequency of the bus but amd have owned intel a long time cause its do a while amd using low volt and high frequency bus, intel is now the best cause they have lower voltage high frequency bus and more of cache memory

It depends on on your cooler,I'm on TEC Cooling,and currently at 99F and 37C,and its not much as the Freq.. as it is the voltage,People have brought i7s to 1.43 volts and at 4.4ghz,you tell me that that is not low voltage,and with the Atom Processor it only draws about .575v you don't see AMD Doing that,my i7 stock freq is 2.66ghz.

Yup i was wrong... Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 (2.5ghz) takes 95W, but a AMD Phenom X4 9850 (2.5ghz) takes 125W. But i dont think that 30W is sooo big amount of power difference. (at least to me)
