  • those exercices are good but tbh it doesnt matter what exercices you do, as long as you are not below the 10 % bodyfat you wont see anything of your abs.

  • what do you mean by 3 sets? do all the workouts once thru then break then do it again 2 more times? and how long should the break be?

  • @NineTailedArrancar yup... reps are how many repetitions you do of an exercise (usually 10).. a set is how times you repeat those reps.. for example.. let's say you want to do 3 sets of push ups.. then you'd do 10 push ups.. then give yourself 30-45 to catch your breathe then do another 10, then a short break then another..
