You can't teach people how to build an operating system with youtube videos, or just any one book for that matter.
If your a N00B to OS design and are watching this video, please remember that an OS should be developed by the highest veteran of programmer's.
You need to be 'fluent' in ton's of programming languages, including Assembly for the CPU architecture of your choice, C, C++. also, you need to FULLY read and understand the way Key software is integrated, into present Operating systems
@UncleMarioBoss Well, that is your opinion. Personally, I didn't know much at all when I started OsDeving, I did know C++ well, and a bit of assembly from online tutorials, but not much.
After I started developing my first OS, I learned a lot. At the beginning, I kind of depended on tutorials, copying and pasting code, but not understanding most of it. But it all helped, I slowly began understanding and learning more and more.
And I'm sure if someone out there is interested, he will learn too.

@UncleMarioBoss
i completely disagree. Os dev'ing (for me) is about learning the internals of your os and the hardware. The goal is not to replace anything.
