I love the 70's! I remember being up late at night in my room smoking hashish out of a glass in the dark during a rainstorm with the radio on and hearing of John Lennon's assassination; this was in the early 80's I was almost out of high school. Only a few years later the mysterious AIDS scare was the nail in the coffin; the inauspicious dawning of a new era.
