When a Palestinian civilian is killed, it isn't Israel's fault, many of these civilians are actually murdered by their Palestinian brethren. Unlike just about any other country at war, Israel has not committed any massacres. I do not think that the two sides are remotely equivalent.

It's interesting to ask around in Sweden what Swedes think of the Palestine/Israel conflict. Because hardly any take sides. Rather, they blame BOTH sides. And this is exactly how I feel. BOTH the Israeli's and Palestinian's are just as bad. Nothing, NOTHING excuses how the Israeli's have been treating the Palestinian's. Sure, what Palestinian's are doing is wrong, but two wrongs do not make a right. I'm so sick of this war. I hope one of the sides learns to grow up soon - they'll be heroes.

Actually, the fact that the Arab states have tried multiple times to invade Israel and when Israel finally made them realize that that wouldn't work, they started blowing themselves up in Jerusalem. They expelled all of their Jewish citizens. Whenever Israel pulls out of some territory, guess what, the attacks start again.
Israel has not done anything as bad as any of those things. Moral relativity is appealing, but it doesn't work. It's noble, but it doesn't work.

Haven't you read on the news about the atrocities committed by the Israeli's? The horrific murders of women and small children. They probably think it's justified because Palestine is attacking them. I'd suggest that you actually educate yourself about the situation. The majority of Palestinian casualties are not civilian. Secondly, and this is very important, Israel does not target civilians. When a Palestinian civilian is killed, it isn't Israel's fault, many of these civilians are actually murdered by their Palestinian brethren. Unlike just about any other country at war, Israel has not committed any massacres. I do not think that the two sides are remotely equivalent.

The amount of development and foreign-aid Sweden give to the world, compared to any other country per capita, overrides any accusations that Israelites may imply.
