Horrible Directions,for sure. Lousy support for the WDTV Live hub. I've had one since August and this sucker has not worked they way Western Digital hype it. In theory it's great ... if it worked. I've had to format it once already to have it work half assed and it has gone again. It doesn't recognize that there's any media. No one will talk to you from the company after 30 days you're on your own.Stay from this like the plague ... unless you have $200 to throw away.
