I often go to Pizzarium to have some pizza, and it's the best pizza a taglio i've ever eaten hands down. Just a bit too expensive especially in the last period, but one of the things you must try if you go to Rome.
Hah, that pizza chef was epic, the way he fed the translator mid-sentence had me seriously laughing.
I don't really like how they do this travelly thing in this show where they just talk about places that he doesn't actually go to but it's still really really good besides that.

Pizza guy is Gabriele Bonci. Youtube search him and up comes him teaching how to make pizza and other Italian dishes on an Italian TV. Dude's got great personality, Bourdain's not bad either.
I love to see a Italian in Italy trying something new, pushing it when it comes to pizza or any recipe! Usually they are from town to town sticking to "their areas" recipes.
the pizza seems to be good.....but "real" pizza is from campania(naples,salerno)....just my thought(i'm italian my parents are from Salerno and Palermo,south italy...but since 45 years ago ,all the family live in Turin,north italy)...anyway Rome ,indeed,is one of the most beautiful city in the world!....please ,if you can ...come back in TOKYO!greetings from turin Italy!
hawaian pizza is good, in countries in asia or uk pizza sucks so bad hawaian is about only thing they can make good. if i wa sin rome r back home canada / usa of coursei wouldnt order that but get something better.
@McStealthier singapore, malaysia, hk, taiwan, tokyo, seoul 21 years. they put hot dogs and corn on it, sometimes dont use tomato sauce but use mayonaise, and the dough is thick and damp. you think that is good? in asia pizza hut is very popular in canada only old english canadians eat there - we call it pizza slut. if you haven't had real pizza you dont know wat it is like.

@rostant999 agreed. a lot of korean and japanese places will apply toppings and flavourings to pizza based on that which most closely resembles it - i.e. okonomiyaki, pancakes etc. i do not want my pie with bonito flakes and sweetcorn, thank you very much.
