  • These days will return after this fall of Rome

  • A classic in R&B always this sets the mood anytime

  • Still A Great Song!!!!!!

  • im listening to this in my ipod, beat that

  • Yeah, one of the greatest songs ever. Look, I'm a white guy growing up in east Tennessee around 1985 when I heard this on the bus. When I heard it for the first time, I felt like I was in love even though I didn't have a girlfriend at the time. It's just uplifting no matter what.

  • fashion in the 80's was stupid

  • Beautiful song Jimmy Jam and Terry lewis wrote and TCD voice sound so nice on it!!! R.I.P TCD

  • classic

  • Thanks for posting. I surrender.

  • thumbs up if you still are listening to this song in 2011

  • @peugteobike Wouldn't anyone able to thumb up your comment have been listening to this song in 2011?

  • like if you think an artist should remake this song....

  • I would have loved to see T.C.D and Stokley from Mint condition,do a song together,Damm

  • Man, I miss my jheri curl right now. Follow the drip, my ass. One of the greatest songs, without a doubt.

  • REMIX,Tender Butt,Butt so tender,humping you close to me,Baby I came in Ya,oooo

  • i get chills listening to this. the piano gets me everytime

  • is that rerun? seriously i love this song

  • Your Love is So TENDER

  • AWEWWWWWWWW THIS MY SONG :) thanks for posting it .

  • R&B classic! You don't know "Tender Love" and I mean KNOW it, you need to go back to school, One of the best R&B songs, lyrics, vocals and harmonies! Waiting for TVone to do an UNsung on these guys b/c they were truly were not given their props! This and 'love is a house' and 'forgive me girl'....love them!

  • I love this song and I know Stevie and some of his family went to school with them

  • While our governmental leaders were having a war "against" the American communities via the unparalleled influx of cocaine, at least we had music like this to help us get through those tough times as youth, for me anyway.

  • One of the BEST songs that ever came out...

    Force M.D's are awesome

  • A couple of these brothers are dead but this song will live forever!!! RIP.

  • @ELVINKNOX

Sorry to hear that, yes a great song indeed

  • i could remember this one, oh man they make you wanted to fall in love if you are not in love, where are the singers man

  • i could remeber this song like it was just yesterday, we need more singers who will sing from the heart, they make you feel what they are singing, love it

  • classic

  • Love it!

  • i love this song..classic.

  • Classic! Man, these guys could simply SING! I loved them in the 80's, as I graduated high school and moved away. This song and all of their songs will always be a part of the soundtrack of my life....I love this song.

  • Fuck Justin Bieber he's a faggot and that Little Thing needs to mind himself this is real music right here.

  • If anyone wants to listen to some real old music: Check out Ray Goodman and Brown, "Let's Make Love Tonight" or "Celebrate Our Love". You can find it on You Tube. Get back to me.

  • this is the song i sung to my wife at my wedding

  • Oh my god this just makes me miss my husband more :-(

  • HELL YEAH!!! THIS IS THAT SHITT!!! lolz...wow

  • I don't care what anyone says... This song was and still is the shit!

  • Now this is Music! !!

  • ....you're simply bullshittin when you say that there isn't a young person who could emerge and do what these guys do if they wanted to.

  • It's EASY to forget that the Force M.D.s were more of a Rap Group than they were Crooners. THEN AGAIN, actual singing and playing instruments was a huge part of B'Boying which NONE of these non-rhyming motherfuckers that sell mega-records today are.

Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis wrote material for them and helped them get signed to their deal. One.

That Dude- President of the Anti-Ghetto Space Music Association and founding member of the Anti-Silly Bitch Society.

  • I remember when this song came on at work we thought we were the "Force Md's' singing this song loud and off key lolol , when R&B music was romantic, soulful. And Donnie Simpson would go to minneapolis and interview "great producers" like Jam and Lewis and you would be inspired to do the same thing because their music was so compelling.

  • This song is a classic. It was released basically before music went to shit.

  • From Forgive Me Girl and Tender Love to Here I Go Again and Love is House: every song in between. I remember when they were the Force MC's with Dr. Rock. They were the house crew at Harlem World. They beat the Cold Crush Brothers in a MC battle. I am so dating myself right now. You guys have always been talented and put S.I. on the map musically. Not many singers past or present can touch TCD vocally.

  • do u remember?

  • Wow and org Tender Love song with TC and Mer (RIP) Can't 4get our boys from SINY ferry boat and upstairs neighbor's 331 Grandview Ave where it all started..Love u guys

  • wish there was still music like this!!

  • An R&B standard full of emotion that eludes the artist, producers, and songwriters and singers of today. No sexual overtones, no degrading of women, just authentic R&B.

  • First song we played at our wedding 17 years ago.....

  • love this song!!

  • tear jerker it makes me wanna cry , thier voices r sooooo wow amazing another classic love the piano sound ...... songs like these cant get old

  • this song is so touching... no homo... LOL

  • my favorite song of all time!!

  • there isn't a single song or young so-called singer today that stand up to this.

  • @DawgcityClev search up tender love - mishon

  • @TheCloseupKing that shit is garbage bruh. I can't believe you wasted my damn time like that. That kid is singing from his nostrils. And they placed a lot of computer enhancement on his voice for a reason. Listen to this damn song and their vocals are clean. Not this weak shit yall listen to today and think it's singing. Don't ever waste my time like that again.

  • @DawgcityClev

Ur so right! Nothing can touch this nowadays : )

  • @DawgcityClev

ur so right..nothing can touch this nowadays : (

  • @DawgcityClev

ur so right..nothing can touch this nowadays : (

  • @DawgcityClev You're saying that there are no great young singers? I love 70s/80s music too, but that's absolutely not true.

  • @mpope409 comprehend what you read. What was said, is that trash being released today, they cannot sing. There are young singers all over the world. But there isn't any voice Coaching, or songwriting from the soul. It's all singing through the nose, and talking about cheating on ya girl, or some young tramp droppin it low in the club. It's trash! Go listen to Chris Bender, or Tevin Campbell, Riff, Hi-Five and you'll hear young singers who can sing! Tracie Spencer back in her teens.

  • @DawgcityClev I still disagree. You seem to just be talking about much of the mess that's on the radio. You have to actually search for real good music nowadays. There's plenty of good stuff out there. I'd honestly rather listen to Alicia Keys, Jill Scott, or Ginuwine than even some of the early 90s stuff.

  • @DawgcityClev ....And you seem to forget, that the generations who came before US said OUR music wasn't real music. Stuff like Force MDs, Tevin Campbell, Hi-Five, etc. is just junk to my grandfather who grew up with the likes of Ray Charles, Etta James, Marvin Gaye, James Brown.

  • @mpope409 Actually it wasn't. I've NEVER had my parents or grandparents call those singers junk. What was called junk was when Hip Hop surfaced. Get your facts together bruh if you're gonna present a true debate. There is no junk to these voices or music you hear in this song. Piano is NEVER junk and no human will spew that out their mouths I don't care how old they are.

  • @DawgcityClev These aren't facts, these are just personal experiences. But here's some facts for you: #1, I'm not a "bruh", I'm a woman...#2, I never said it was junk, I said the older folks called it junk.....Anyway, those are YOUR parents and grandparents. Not mine. When I was young, I would be playing New Edition and my g-pa would tell me to "turn that shit off". And my parents don't even listen to anything after '88. You don't know what went on in my house, so spare me the "facts" argument.

  • Hands-Down, the most beatuiful song, EVER, ever, recorded. They were so young, hopeful, & innocent back then--it's a bittersweet memory, but one I treasure. RIP, & GBY, MD's. Wolfsky9

  • I watched this film 5 times in a row, just to watch these guys do this magnificent song. Thank-you fror putting it back on you tube! This, Ladies & Gents, is music--singing--soul. Wolfsky9

  • OMGAWD!!! I'm 15 all over again...lol

  • @dlastqueen I'm 13 all over again! This is great!

  • The idea wedding song. This will definitely be the song for the first dance.

  • One of the best most under-rated R&B groups of ALL Time, I remember Jessie leaving to go solo and was never heard from again, wow, memories, R.I.P. T.C. and Mercury, these cats was the shit!!

  • Great music, good times! looking for my cardigan while i watch this!!!

  • no 80's baby's allowed you realy don't understand

  • This song really rules, excuse me for being the white guy saying "Fuck Yes!" I love the brownstone set.

  • beautiful song

  • i love older songs like this makes music today look terrible : )

  • Too bad we don't have this kind of music these days. This kinda stuff was the bomb!! Unlike trash nowadays...

  • that's when music was music.......RIP T.C.(red cap) and Mercury (yellow shirt)

  • omg i love this song! my granny had this vid on tape. and I heard it in Krush Groove!

  • RIP T.C.D, that voice is missed so much...i love this song.

  • Let me get this straight......@2:06 it's T.C.D, Trisco, Shawn, Trisco & Mercury and Stevie D in precise order?

    If I'm wrong please correct me ASAP;

    PLEASE HELP!

  • When r-n-b was r-n-b and it was cool to have a girlfriend or boyfriend. One thing today's artist don't have is history. Who doesn't know the late great MJ(rip), can't forget groups like Troop,Today,High five, just to name a few because artist before them were heavily involved in there style and they paid homage too that. Thanks for the memories. 100!

  • @freeadobe1 man don't be hating on justin bieber like that what the fucks the matter with you as a matter a fact most of the members of the group are dead not to mention the front man who looks like fred"rerun"berry well he's dead too.

  • THIS IS MY SHIT !! ......... Back in the day if this song didn't get her panties "wet" and made her wanna jump in ya lap then the best thing to do was pull up in her parents driveway - AND PUSH HER AZZ OUT & BURN RUBBER !!!

  • @rayvictory nothing like the 80"S music , what have the world come too(sad)

  • @vsmokethon To tell you the truth who knows where the world's going. All i do know is that i don't want to be a part of it . Too much foolishness !!! Even Hip Hop is crap. That is why i choose not listen to the stuff that's out there. I seriously can't tell you who's hot and who's not

  • Music today is so harsh and weird that you don't know what these clowns are doing now! I remember first crush on this girl when i heard this song !!! even though we were kids , but it was still our song !!!! Steve Harvey said it the best when you here music now they don't even talk about love anymore !!! At first when he said that i thought he was being corny , but it makes so much sense now when i look at music. Thank God for youtube!!! because now these days I can't you who's hot

  • real music now is dead

  • @rayvictory yes you're right, most of music tracks today are computer enhanced, not like before, it's just natural.

  • This is when muisc was music and you had talent , instead of an image
