While your civil war era quote from supreme court decisions is accurate, rulings and legislation since then have made it very difficult to prosecute non citizens for treason. While your civil war era quote from supreme court decisions is accurate, rulings and legislation since then have made it very difficult to prosecute non citizens for treason. Non citizens have fewer rights than citizens since they can be summarily deported at any time and since by entering the country they have tacitly agreed to a level of scrutiny and behavioral control greater than that to which citizens can be subjected.

to answer your question; The constitution does not stipulate citizenship, but it should. If every human in the USA were entitled to the constitutional protections, how can you have an illegal alien? It would violate their right to life liberty and the persuit of happiness to make them leave. I am not arguing about torture, or treason, but simply, maybe our government foundation needs to evolve enough to distinguish who is more important, a guest or a resident.

@KingDingaLing090 I have looked it up. Not including wars it is around 30 million. You're just a fanatic that would like to say Communism is bad, when in fact it isn't. A classless society would be a generally better society. With Communism there would be almost no unemployed, and there would be no discrimination by class. It is a truly beautiful system, in theory. In practice it has proven terribly easy to corrupt, much like a Republic.

@KingDingaLing090 Actually Mao Zedong killed between 19.5 million and 75 million, stalin was 3.5-60, vladamir was about 5 million. The book you sourced, by the way, is completely one-sided and biased against Communism. In reality the lower estimates are more plausible than the higher. Not only that, but you are saying that Communism is bad because it had bad leaders. That is like saying guns are bad because some people shoot them at other people.

I simply try to state that Communism is not a bad system. I do not mourn for those that died before my life time because it would only hinder my perception of reality. I would never wish that those people die, but they did and there's no bringing them back with getting emotional over it.

In reality the highest estimates for the deaths in communists countries are by bigots like yourself that refuse to actually see the good that Communism can bring. @KingDingaLing090 I'm done arguing with you, you obviously take your little black book as truth, when their numbers don't actually show anything. They never subtract the 1.5 million that died due to famine in the USSR (not 'due to' Communism). Also, all currently Communist countries have their records closed, so the true number that died in those countries could be anything (high or low). I'm never replying again so make whatever comments you want, they won't be seen by me.

America is, however, extremely corrupt, but i would like to live here and help reduce the corruption and solve many problems with the political system.
