  • sorry, but this doesn't work as he says.

i know noone who could make a phone call while being tazed.

  • you are focusing on a very small aspect of his plan... in addition if the police are aware of such a group they will tread more lightly. You can see evidence of this in several "freeman" videos.

  • @1schwererziehbar1 In the hypothetical example given, the man in the was was NOT being tazed. The hypothetical police officer said " get on the ground or I'm going to taze you, I'm gunna search your vehicle"

  • as i see it that means that if the man would pull out a telephone and start dialing a number the police officer would consider that a refusal to comply with his command to get on the ground and taze him.

  • As I said before you are focusing on a very tiny theoretical aspect of his plan. The importance of the remainder is much more consequential regardless of the validity of your argument. If you are waiting for absolute perfection in a plan before you support it - plan on waiting a lot longer.

  • no i like his plan. it is non-aggressive and voluntary and very good.

just pointing out that this part would not work.

  • IT"S A COMPLETELY HYPOTHETICAL SITUATION. I personally always have my phone easily accessible AT ALL TIMES.

To hit a single button on my cell phone at the moment of endangerment is not a difficult task.

Sounds like you are just giving this guy a hard time for the sake of being a douche.
